I recently changed my job after more than 5 years in the same company after I was contacted by this company for a vacancy in my area (netherlands).
I can truthfully say that I had a very great experience with Verbatim Pharma, from the initial interview up to the recruitment process and the offer letter.

Availability, transparency and follow up

I had a pleasant time the first time around dealing with this team. I got pretty much everything I wanted and landed the job. However, the 2nd time a recruiter agreed to interview me, but on the day we were to talk she never showed up. Mind you, I checked with her 10 mins after our start time to see if we needed to reschedule and she said she we were still on. Haven't heard from her since which is truly unprofessional.

The recruiter (Henna Begum) was really helpful, she provided me timely updates on my application. The service was very professional and transparent. It was a great collaboration!

It's a bit hit and miss. It really depends on what recruiter you get; I have worked with one that I would highly recommend; she provides timely feedback and follows up with you and seems generally interested in helping you find a new role but I have also been approached by another recruiter at Verbatim who is the type that I don't work well with; no feedback, says he will send an email and doesn't etc. The three stars are for that one great recruiter.

Everyone was amazing, thorough and detailed. It was a great pleasure getting to know the team and really beneficial in terms of my professional development.

The proficiency, continuous support and follow up I have received from your associate, Fionnuala Boylen, also coaching so I was reinforced I am capable and eligible for the selected position.
