Vinyl is still not here, after almost 2 months.
In January this year i preordered preachers daughter on vinyl with the exclusive insert, after it came i realised i accidentally bought another from a separate place. I contacted them and after about 3 weeks they got back to me saying it was out the return window which was fine as i already sorted the other one. After this i opened the vinyl and there was weird multicoloured bits of something like confetti on the vinyl and in the sleeves. I then realised there was also no insert. I double checked with the order and i had ordered the right one. So now in June its been 5ish weeks and they still havent responded to me about my vinyl and no insert. Very poor customer service

Friday vinyl found it on the shop app so I purchased it from Venus on the shop app. 5 minutes later get an email saying not sure how you brought this and refunded my order.
Then told me to re-buy this item at 8am in the morning keeping in mind it still up for sale on the shop app but I couldn't re-buy the item as the money won't go back to my bank by the morning so not only did they cancel my order
I had to miss out on the Black Friday vinyl because of there mistake what a joke and Unfair
