I was recently approached and put forward for a position by Edwin Brooker.
I felt Ed was super supportive on my job hunt but at the same time not trying / pushing to sell something onto me. I thought it was quite pleasant and seamless experience, and the best I had so far with a recruiter.

Sehr freundlicher und extrem kompetenter Kontakt. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass die Wünsche des Bewerbers an oberster Stelle stehen und das die Recruiterin. Man nimmt sich für jedes Gespräch die Zeit, die es braucht. Es ist nicht zu unterschätzen welch eine extremen Vorteil es darstellt, von einem professionellen Recruiter unterstützt zu werden. Es wird nicht einfach nur ein Job gesucht. Auch die ganze Kommunikation mit dem potentiellen Arbeitgeber (Gehaltsvorstellung, Wünsche, Bedenken, etc.) kann über den Recruiter laufen und so sehr effizient vonstattengehen. Bei Venturi werden auch ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung keine Daten weitergeleitet. Insgesamt zeigte sich auch ein hohes Sachverständnis im Bereich IT und man erhält wertvolle Tipps, was mit dem eigenen Lebenslauf möglich ist und wie ein Bewerbungsgespräch bei Firma XY nach der Erfahrung anderer Bewerber abläuft. Dies kann einen im Bewerbungsverfahren einen entscheidenden Vorsprung gegenüber anderen Bewerbern verschaffen. Ich kann es nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen Venturi zu beauftragen, sofern man einen Job im IT Bereich sucht.

Great experience so far with Mark Tipping. Has taken to time to send over quality over quantity and always very attentive. Sticks to the schedules he mentions and is always prompt to follow up with a phone call to gather feedback and further insight. A pleasure to work with and will continue to send our requirements over in future.

I'm a recruiter skeptic, only rarely do I come across someone who actually understands my CV and knows how to represent a Frontend Developer. Mark has been nothing but helpful all the way along and actually understands the technical aspects. I'm actually unsure the source of where he found my CV online, though I'm glad he did.
