What an experience
Paige was very welcoming from start to finish and made us feel completely comfortable with our new born and our dog. When we went to select the package Milton went through everything in detail so nothing was left out when. Would highly recommend venture Cardiff to anyone!

Great service
From start to finish our experience with venture Cheltenham has generally been amazing from first contact right through the photography to the viewing. We did the bump to baby shoot. Evelyn was great through the maternity shoot, making us feel at ease through. We had Dan for the Baby shoot and he was fantastic, very patient and great with our little one. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The only reason I can't give a 5 star review is that we had to come back to complete the baby shoot and when we arrived discovered that our photographer was off ill and we told they had tried to contact, but only one attempt was made and it had not got through, where in the past if they have not got through they have contacted by another method, but that was the only negative.

Hi Bryan, thank you for such a thorough review, the bump-to-baby journey sounds like it was in good hands with Evelyn and Dan, both maternity and newborn shoots take a real knack and it's great to hear they got it right for you.
Sorry to hear about the mix up around the return visit, turning up expecting your photographer and finding out on the day isn't good enough, and we understand the frustration given it's not what you'd experienced with us before.
We'll flag this with the Cheltenham team so contact attempts are followed up properly when someone's unavailable.

We had a great experience with Dan capturing photos of our 2 boys as well as some family shots! We’re really looking forward to updating the ones on our living room wall and sending family around the world the digitals when we get them! 🗺️ 📸

Amazing!
Amazing! Would highly recommend. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. The photos were incredible. Seeing them for the first time made me very emotional. Ben was so good with my girls. They just clicked instantly and they normally take a long time to interact at all with new people. He was amazing with making them feel at ease. They had so much fun.

Fantastic experience on both occasions
We’ve used Venture twice now, when our son was two and now again when our daughter has turned two - in both cases they have done a fantastic job of keeping the kids entertained and producing amazing memories. Jenna this time around was friendly and engaged throughout the whole process and photoshoot. Thoroughly recommend!

After a lovely photoshoot…
After a lovely photoshoot, was very surprised with the prices starting at £945, keeping in mind that the ‘voucher’ I had won gave the photographers hour for shoot and the editing time for free. However the biggest concern is the fact the shared my information with a third party, which at this point I had lost complete trust in the company so wanted to cancel my order. I contacted the team within three days, however after almost two weeks had to go to head office for a response. Then eventually I was told the piece of paper they asked me to sign meant there was no cancellation allowed. Now I understand that may be the case for usual circumstances, but they had already breached all my order information so therefore thought it was reasonable to request a cancellation. Don’t be fooled by this company, scam at best. Don’t trust them with any of your information, you don’t know where it is being sent. They will excuse this to be ‘human error’

Registering my dissatisfaction
This is very disappointing and I disagree with your statement that my concerns have been resolved. This is simply not the case.You state that I have "since spoken directly with the studio at the Southampton studio and this has been resolved locally." I did indeed speak with the Southampton studio before I submitted my feedback, and nothing was resolved. The core issues remain unaddressed.
My primary concerns, which were clearly outlined, are:The £315 voucher value: This was presented as a "complementary" prize, yet its value was not deducted from the subsequent package offer, nor was its application clearly explained. This remains unresolved.
My £25 booking deposit: This was stated as refundable, which remains unreimbursed or accounted for in any meaningful way. This remains unresolved.
The assertion that these matters have been "resolved locally" is factually incorrect. To suggest otherwise is misleading and appears to be an attempt to manipulate the situation. I request that you revisit my case with the specific issues I have raised, rather than relying on an unsubstantiated claim of local resolution. I expect a genuine attempt to rectify these discrepancies.

Excellent service from start to finish - from booking with Andrea, the photography session with Beth to viewing the photos with Emily! Everyone was super attentive, very patient with an uncooperative newborn at times and incredibly friendly. Couldn’t recommend more!

Amazing photographers
Jenna who took our photos made all of us feel comfortable and captured amazing photos. She was amazing with our toddler and newborn. The follow up appointment with viewing of photos was brilliant and we were well informed of options.
