We recently took our 2 fur babies for a pet photoshoot, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The team was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately put both of us and our pets at ease.
They showed so much patience and understanding throughout, taking the time to work with our pets’ personalities rather than rushing the process.
It really felt like they cared about capturing the best moments, rather than just getting the job done.
Their helpful and friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.
We’re so grateful for how comfortable they made us feel, and the photos truly reflect that relaxed and happy atmosphere.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to capture special memories, especially with their beloved pets.
We couldn’t thank them enough for everything.
And by the way, the end result with the photos are absolutely AMAZING!!

I received a voucher for a complimentary photoshoot and photo through an expectant mother promotion. Having used Venture previously, I was aware that these promotions are often used to introduce customers to their services, with the intention of upselling their higher-priced products.

The photoshoot itself was generally a positive experience. I attended with my two children (aged 5 months and 3 years), and the photographers were patient, friendly, and very good with them. In particular, they managed to bring our usually shy daughter out of her shell, which was lovely to see. However, although we were clear from the outset that we only wanted photos of the children, we felt somewhat pressured into having family and couple photos taken for their “portfolio.”

Before attending, I had researched their pricing structure and set a clear budget. Unfortunately, when we viewed the photos, we were quite disappointed. The images had been heavily edited to the point where our children didn’t look like themselves—their complexions and features appeared noticeably altered. It felt strange that while our daughter’s skin had been overly airbrushed, yet small things like drool on our baby’s clothes hadn’t been edited out, which we would have expected.

To be fair, the staff member did offer to ask the photographer to make adjustments. However, the extent of the editing had already put us off. We discussed our budget, and she mentioned some past offers that could be applied, bringing the cost to around £200 for two photos, or several hundred pounds more for digital copies. Ultimately, we didn’t feel the photos justified that level of expense and decided to stick with the single image included in the offer.

After making this decision, the atmosphere noticeably changed. The previously warm and chatty interaction from the staff member became quite minimal and cold , which left us feeling that the level of service was dependent on how much we were willing to spend.

We were advised that our order would arrive within 6–8 weeks, but it actually took 11 weeks and required chasing. Additionally, my £25 deposit was not automatically refunded and also had to be followed up, arriving some weeks later.

Overall, I found the experience to feel somewhat disingenuous unless you are prepared to spend a significant amount of money, and unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations in terms of quality.

Excellent customer service. My daughter and I had a great time during the photoshoot and Jas was great during the photo viewing session. She was very helpful in terms of helping find the best most valuable option and the best framed products for our space. Highly recommend. Thanks.

From start to finish we felt comfortable, welcomed and at ease. Kids were not happy for our first appointment and it was kindly rescheduled to a date that was convenient for us. Photographer did everything possible to help get the best photos of our kids. Maria was great.
Viewing gallery was wonderful tear inducing. No pressure sales approach. This lady was just as friendly and nice. Just really lovely memories created! Thank you so much.

We had a family photo shoot gifted to us and had never done something like that before. Callum did the shoot for us and made us feel really at ease and was amazing at involving and managing our two boys (3 and 9m). Jas did our viewing and showcased the amazing photos that were really natural and really captured us as a family. Jas clearly loves her work and helped find a package that worked for us and our budget. Highly recommend Venture Leamington.

The whole experience was amazing, Meg made me and my husband feel so good when we did the bump session and then we came back with our baby girl for her newborn session which gave us some lovely photos that we will cherish forever. The studio is conveniently located with plenty of parking available on the road or in the mall across the street, its well maintained and everyone treated us so nice and kindly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have professional photos with great results as memories. Thank you to Meg, Callum and Jaz.

Meg photographed me & my baby boy for our first photoshoot & gave us a magical and precious experience i’ll never forget. going through the photos with Jas was a beautiful intimate moment & she explained all my options simply and easily. the images are absolutely stunning and they’ve captured his personality to a tee! 2 lovely ladies who have made the start of this year extra special for me. thank you guys :)

Meg photographed our rescue cat, allowed the cat time to settle down , no rush to get the right shots. We were the last session of the day, so we all had time to try different backgrounds.

Meg was phenomenal - she was a natural with our baby - she was so relaxed and really captured us as a family. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. We enjoyed the company that much that the photoshoot went that quick and enjoyable. Best experience!

Jas gave us a first class viewing experience, she truly made our time memorable, personal and exciting ! We would do it again based on the customer experience alone, of course the amazing photography also!

Would never recommend this company Rude staff, don't consider baby's feelings, takes money from you and the worst thing doesn't give your pictures. Company needs to be shut down.

All the staff have been accommodating throughout but a massive thanks to Meg our photographer. The photos are simply beautiful. Meg worked around us and our two small children. She went above and beyond to get photos of our tricky 3 year old. We viewed our photos recently and couldn’t believe how they turned out.

The photoshoot with Kayleigh was excellent. She was really helpful in directing me and my family to get the best possible photos.

We then reviewed the photos a week later with Jasmine and were very happy with the final result.

Both Kaleigh and Jaz made our couples photo shoot experience both relaxing and fun! They were very welcoming and patient with our dog too!

We had a lovely photo session at Leamington. The photographer was great with my dog and really made the session a good experience. Only criticism I would have is you don’t find out the cost of prints until after your session. They are quite pricey considering the session only cost £25. We of course purchased the prints anyway, just was a shock when you don’t know prices beforehand. I would recommend people having a photography session with venture.

The words we have simply will not do our family photoshoot justice. From start to finish we had the best time. Jake was our photographer in the Leamington Spa venue and he captured our family beautifully. He got the most perfect photos of our daughters and truly made them both shine! Our 6 year old loved it-who knew we had a little model on our hands. Thank you Jake for an amazing shoot and as expected we walked away with all our images, we could not choose. Jas was amazing too she welcomed us with a warm friendly smile and talked us through all our options and what looked best for our home. Thank you Jas and Jake for an amazing shoot!!

We couldn’t fault the service provided by Venture Studios Leamington Spa. We won a family photoshoot in a competition and honestly best decision I ever made to enter. The photos were absolutely stunning and they really reflect our family relationship and the love we share. The photographer Lois really captured some stunning pictures of our 7 year old son and his amazing personality. Definitely recommend Venture Studios. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Kayleigh was so patient with our two dogs and really took the most stunning photos of them. She knew what we wanted and followed the brief. We love the results. Jake was equally as fantastic and what we liked the most was that there was no hard sell. Again he listened to what we wanted and we are so proud with our selection.
