My needs were not listened too despite being clearly communicated and repeated several times. As it was a case of updating my name, I was also repeatedly referred to as my old name which I no longer use, which was frustrating and disheartening.

When I first signed up for this I was a brand new business and had no income coming in. I needed a corporate card that I could use to rent cars or equipment but my corporation has no credit. I was not willing to pierce the corporate veil with a personal guarantee and this allowed me to set up suitable credit cards and more than one for different things. They pay interest on deposited money and their system is dead easy to use. I even have it automatically putting the right percentage of deposits into my GST and PST accounts. Paying attention I selected them as they were the only option that did what I want but I have been extremely happy with that decision ever since. Five stars great product.

It makes such a difference to have a modern bank account that has the tools and support for SMBs. I will never go back to the big 5 after banking with Venn.

I wanted to have banking account with Venn but they mandate smartphone registration which I dont have, very frustrating, feels like pure discrimination.

I was having some challenges and honestly, I was not expecting a reply to an email I sent on a Sunday. But to my surprise, I received a response and a quick resolution in no time from Taylor.

I must say, out of all my banking platforms, Venn has been the best experience for me. I have never had to worry when my account is low on funds and a merchant attempts to process a payment. There are no NSF charges, which gives me one less thing to worry about as a business owner.

I would definitely recommend Venn to any business owner looking for a banking platform that gives you peace of mind. It’s simply a banking platform that helps keep your mind at ease.

Easy-to-use app/site, excellent FX rates, and outstanding support. For example, when setting up payroll, they emailed Wagepoint (my payroll provider) to confirm my bank account within 20 minutes of me seeking help via chat, and most of that time was spent waiting on me! I can only imagine they’ll get even better with time as they continue to add features
