Absolute Cancellation Trap
They happily helped me bulk-create 2,000+ virtual cards to sign up, but when I tried to cancel my Pro subscription, they blocked it. Their system requires you to delete all active cards before canceling, but they provide no bulk-delete utility. Support actually told me I have to manually delete all 2,000 cards one by one to stop recurring billing.
Total dark pattern to trap your business into paying forever. Stay away.

On the Pro plan, Venn supports unlimited virtual card creation. If a business has created a large number of cards, cards can be deleted in bulk by selecting multiple cards and using the delete function, manual deletion one-by-one is not required.

For your account security, account holders and administrators are responsible for updating and managing card and billing settings, including issued cards and subscription plans that best fit their business needs.

I setup my Corporation and business bank account through Venn

I setup my Corporation through Venn, as well as opened my first business account. They have been extremely helpful throughout the process. I dropped the ball and didn't match my ID in my Corporation submission paperwork to the ID on my personal tax account and this caused issues setting up my business tax account. They helped me get it sorted out. They have been very quick with responses, some of them even on weekends (which I don't think is expected but very nice nonetheless!).

Super Service

Venn immediately fixed an issue with my legal account name without huge delay or needing to go through a chain of hoops. It reminds me of the old days when people took accountability and got it done :)
