Scam company. Wish i read real reviews before purchasing. Reviews on their website are fake and they delete all actual ones. Quality of items is so cheap, nothing like photos and they don’t follow on promised “free returns” or “quality guaranteed”. Basically stealing money that people worked hard for. One word - shame.
I ordered a dress from this place and it is an absolute scam. Tried to return since the dress is NOTHING like the picture and they refuse. Tried to leave a review on their website and it is all fake reviews and mine will not post. This place is a scam, do not order!
Venishe is a scam 3/9/24 😒 I ordered the clothes on 3,/1/24 and have never received any of my items with no communication it's FRAUD dispute with your bank or PayPal

Venishe couldn't supply a product. They said I had 2 options.
1) take a store credit
2) wait at least 6 months for a refund because their account was frozen.
Luckily I paid via PayPal, when the investigated, I was refunded immediately.

Ive been reading the reviews after the fact that i made a order. Im experiencing the same probably just about everyone is complaining about. They received payment for merchandise and i have an order number and tracking number. But you cant track the number. This is not right or fair for the comsumers for this company to treat us like this. Something definitely needs to be done about this ASAP. We the consumers needs to be valued and respected.

This company is a joke. I ordered from them and I paid £42 for delivery. And after receiving my orders FedEx started sending me an invoice to pay £23 for my delivery. And when I contact this venishe company they told me they’ve got nothing to do about it. If you are ordering from this company just be aware of what you are getting into.

Good morning, I have been trying to get my refund over 2 months. I have not recieved no items that I have purchased nor. refund. I been emailing liz, she answered me 1 times then I tried again now the email does not exist. I will contact Consumers Affairs or the Attorney General about this matters.
