I ordered shoes which was supposed be delivered in 3-5 days but actually I received after more than a month. They came in a plastic bag without any box. The material and size was absolutely terrible. I ordered size 9 but it’s more like size UK6.
I wanted to return but it’s so complicated and you can’t get full refund. This site is not legal.

BE AWARE , BE AWARE!!!If you need to return your order due to it being fake, cheap looking, doesn’t fit properly and isn’t worth the money, it is impossible to receive a full refund. This company are FAKE, CON ARTISTS. I contacted the company Velvet London to ask for their returns policy as it doesn’t show this on their website and due to my order being awful, cheap material, sizing ridiculous, doesn’t fit properly not look at all as it does in line and definitely not worth the money. I received a reply today stating that due to them being based in Asia this return for me would be expensive so they are willing to refund me 20 percent of my purchase of £39.50. I am absolutely furious and also embarrassed at myself for not checking out this company and their returns policy. If something sounds too good to be true the chances are it is and in my case I have been taken for a fool.

Bought sketchers sandals, they were clearly fakes. Asked for a refund but have to return the goods to China first and the company now ignoring my emails. Clearly a scam.

This company is based in China, its products are substandard. And when I wanted to return a pair of shoes, they’re basically made it almost impossible for me to do so. They are a rip-off company and that should be shut down. Under no circumstances by any products from them.

Velvetsfashion say goods will be dispatched in 2-3 days and delivery is free in the UK. I fell for this as the goods being in the UK. As soon as I realized my mistake I tried to cancel but was told already dispatched. In fact they go from Hong Kong to mainland China and you may get the rather shoddy goods in 2-3 weeks. I ordered a BOGOF deal on 2 bras and chose different colours for each. On delivery only one bra and neither of those colours. I then had a long email battle with ( I suspect) bots who said my delivery was as ordered. I also challenged the 'orthopedic' sandals and immediately was told just how expensive it would be to return them to China and as we are not in the EU (!) higher restocking fee. In the end I accepted and received a £5 refund for late arrival. Many weeks later I suddenly had an email saying I was indeed owed another bra. More weeks later one turned up in the same wrong colour. The whole experience has been horrible. Avoid at all costs.

I suspect this company has been using the name naturstep previously and probably other names, always claiming to sell orthopaedic sandals. I ordered a pair and when the sandals arrived they were nothing like those pictured apart from being black. The ones in their photo have an elegant central panel and look like leather. What arrived was made of cheap materials, mostly plastic and there was prominent white stitching not discreet and black as in their photo. There were 2 black panels across the foot and a side panel. Completely dit shape.
I realised this company was bogus soon after ordering and had great difficulty persuading PayPal that I should get my money back. As the company is based in China, it's expensive to return and you won't get your money because tracking will say pending -being assessed by customs.
I explained this to PayPal and was offered about 50 percent refund from the seller. As product received not what ordered it should have been a full refund but I accepted.

Avoid this company at all costs!!
Totally rogue company selling rip off clothes.
Their refund policy is a complete lie.
Their customer service is run by incompetent nobody's.

As many have said, these are awful. What I ordered look nothing like the photos and I was told it would be 30-40 euros to return to china. They then offered me 10% refund, then 15, and then finally 20%. Complete scam.

Total waste of time. Not leather as advertised
Wrong size. And took forever and a day to arrive. Would of put zero stars if possible.

SCAM, avoid at all costs. No response to emails, no return method for item of clothing that was extremely bad quality and cheap material.

Absolutely rubbish. Ordered "Sliders" because of my feet are bad. They came weeks after. Thrown them in the dustbin. Made with cheap plastic all screwed up. Could'nt even get my feet in them. Disgusting and charge the earth for them. Complete scam

Why haven’t they been shut down .. not what they advertise .. poor packaging , poor product and totally wrong size .. then they asked for 40 euros to ship back to China; that I wasn’t aware they come from 🫣🫣🫣 exploiting society … so wrong !! And sooo unprofessional .. was asking for the measurements of the sleeves ect haha and it was shoes I bought for £42 .. clearly a generic bounce back email !! SCAMMERS don’t be fooled people .. the fact you’re here looking at the reviews says it all !! Good luck

I ordered an orange dress in which on arrival it looked nothing like what I had seen on the site. I contacted them to return the iteam and they asked me to ship the Iteam back to China although the original address that I had received the iteam was in Fulham. The said they will deduct %25 and give back %75 but I would have to pay for packaging back to China which will be 40-100 euros.
They are completely fraud.. Avoid, avoid, avoid

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…… they are rubbish. The items I purchased look great online but cheap and nasty in real life.

I brought some garments over £130 they took weeks to arrive. The quality of fabric is worse than poor,what was advertised did not arrive or look any thing near to what I ordered. They charge 25% restock fee and it would cost me £30 to return to China. Please please do not buy from this company , you will be very disappointed and end up paying to return .

Quality is horrible. Delivery more than 2 weeks. Returns are going to China. Don’t order on this website

Total scam and rip off PLEASE DONT USE I ordered a top for my grandsons christening. I emailed them the same day a few hours after I placed the order to cancel because I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. They responded saying because I hadn’t cancelled within 5mins I had to go ahead with the order even though they didn’t process it till the next day, they also said I could return within 14 days. It arrived yesterday 16 days later. The quality was awful no label in the garment and no returns paperwork. I emailed them for a refund to be told if I sent it back it would cost more than the value of the top £29.99 so therefore only thing they could offer was £2.99 so they now have over £25 of my money.
How many other people have they scammed!!
