Website and company gives you impression of a UK based store but everything comes from China, so "quick delivery" takes over a week. Will be requesting refund as it is terrible.
Company also sells your information to third-party so you will be bombarded with spam emails.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. With the name Velour Muse London you expect the company to be based in London. I ordered a coat for £59 and what arrived was something worth pennies from China and such poor quality that it is destined only for the bin. I contacted them to request a return, first offer was 15% discount as it would cost me £20-30 to return to China. I resisted and was offered a 50% discount. I resisted again and was offered a full refund. I know of two other friends who have ordered from this site and also received awful items and will be requesting return/refunds. This is a cheap Chinese company posing as a legitimate UK based company.
