Excellent services. I ordered my coffee maker in the morning and it was shipped in the afternoon the same day despite it says on its website that 2 business days is needed. The customer service agents are very active, too. I had a minor problem with my order and it was sorted out right away. Very impressive and would recommend everyone to Velo.

I can highly recommend dealing with Velo Coffee - I found them so helpful & easy to deal with through work, that I've just bought a coffee machine from them for home use. Their prices are very competitive and customer service is excellent.

Very efficient company! I ordered a coffee machine on Friday morning and it arrived on Monday morning which is as fast as it could be. Included was a pack of coffee and several other little items 👍😁. Price wise it was on a par with the bigger online operators which is great. Overall a local company punching well above its weight!
