We have been dealing with Veltia for many years now and as a supplier they provide excellent support and service to both our sales and operations team. In Miles Davies we have an Account Manager that is always at hand when we need questions answered and he has proven invaluable when we have been looking for his expert knowledge when presenting to our customers.

The above is also backed by great products that supply exceptional quality and reliability packaged with a strong low energy usage means that for us Veltia is a natural and perfect fit for the business.

The technical service was first rate. However, the call centre arrangements weren't not so good. This was resolved by the intervention of a senior Veltia staff member.

The staff at VTS Veltia hand dryers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They know their products and offer a top class service. The hand dryers are priced for a range of budgets and applications. A nice touch with the concerns of recycling and throw away and fit new when it goes wrong is the return and repair service offered.

Veltia are a great company to work with. At CBRE we have used their hand dryers for a number of years and have found them to be cost effective, efficient and reliable. Their service is also always helpful, prompt and reliable. We have also recently started using the AIRGUARD backboards at Northumbria University and they complement the dryers, as well as saving time for their cleaning staff.

Veltia supply us with great reliable dryers and have done for a number of years. They also have a very helpful front and back of house team whom support us wherever they can. Would highly recommend them as a supplier.

Came across one of these whilst using the toilet. Was seriously impressed and a lot better than the dyson which requires hand movement and leaves water dripping all over the floor!

From the moment I called to enlighten that I had a problem with a drier until I had it picked up, repaired and couriered back to me in less than 10 days (from the UK to Ireland) I could not commend a company higher. Net Wright who I spoke to and was my email contact is a credit to have a team member.

I would just like to say that the moment I phoned Veltia, I was so impressed with the helpful attitude. We're electrical contractors and have to deal with los of different companies, but Veltia were so efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We had a faulty hand dryer that we thought we would have to get a price for, but the lady I spoke to (Net) talked me through what I needed to do. I sent her our information, she passed it on to the service engineer (john), he arranged to get the dryer picked up. They emailed to say they received the dryer, emailed to tell me it was ready and that they were gong to send it out, all free of charge. Now we have a fixed dryer to take back to our customers (all free of charge). Lots of other companies wouldn't have even asked me to check that it was still in warranty. They were fast, friendly, efficient and just amazing!

Our hand drier stopped working so I called to ask for nearest authorised repair company. I was contacted via email almost immediately asking to supply serial number information etc. Within 24 hours I was informed my hand drier was under guarantee and they would arrange for collection and repair. Had it not been bank holiday weekend I have no doubt the whole episode would have been completed within 3-4 working days.
Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
