The two dresses delivered did not match their photos on the website at all. Both were cheap looking, made of shiny, synthetic material, (not the linen look pictured) and one was a different colour and pattern. I asked to return them and could not get a returns address from the company. I was offered increasing discounts, 15, 20 then 25% to keep them. I declined but was unable to send them back as they gave me an address in China but would not give me a business name so NZ Post would not accept the parcel for track and trace. Misleading name - nothing to do with Auckland New Zealand.

Product was poor quality and fitting was all wrong when I wanted a refund they would only offer 25% which meant I would loose $100, I wouldn’t trust sending it back to China because they would likely say they didn’t receive it and u would loose more money on postage. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Zara 'delicate lace dress' Buyer beware, there is not a trace of lace. This dress is pure print of frangipani flowers. It was stuffed into a plastic bag, and not packed with care as the website alludes to. Vela responded promptly when I first raised the issue that I'd been sent the wrong order. However no response from Vela when I asked for a full refund 3 days ago as the picture on the website was so misleading. I no longer consider the seller to be trustworthy and so won't be parting with $40+ dollars to return it to China!
