Very positive experience
I was informed of all my options and knew what to expect during the procedure. They were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to make an informed decision on the procedure I wanted and I am very pleased with my results.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Had my procedure in Southampton, from walking through the door to consultation to procedure was 5 star.
The consultant Mr El-Basty explained the procedure and was happy with the results too. Jenny the nurse who was assisting was so kind, explained what was happening and I felt at ease. I would highly recommend.

I have just completed my final visit to Veincentre Southampton..I must say that I was very happy I chose them to carry out proceedures on my leg veins.Dr Nigel Hacking was very knowledgeable and Professional along with Nurse Jenna Smith they both made me feel at ease while telling me what was happening during my treatment .I must also say that although it was a little uncomfortable it was not as painful as I expected.I can already see improvement but have to wait until the last treatment takes it’s course..The whole team made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Would not recommend
I attended the Southampton Clinic late 2022. The consultation went well and I looked forward to Summer of 2023 when I hoped to be able to wear knee length dresses and shorts.
No such luck, My legs are worse with clusters of small veins on both legs and large vein on right knee. I was injected collapsing a large vein running knee to thigh on right leg. I see no improvement at all. I did state that I was having it done purely for cosmetic reasons. I am disgusted as I paid almost £3000 and the treatments were extremely painful. I would not recommend this clinic for cosmetic reasons. This has been my second summer not revealing my legs. I’m so sorry I did not take before pictures. I have rung to complain but nothing came of it.

Business-like but a bit stressful.
Very professional in attitude but I felt rather rushed and as if I needed to be in and out quickly.
