I was very happy with the service provided at Vein Centre Shrewsbury. All of the staff were very professional and friendly, and put me at ease for a procedure that I was initially quite worried about. The treatment itself was successful, thanks to the competent team. Would recommend anyone looking for treatment for varicose veins to go through them. Overall very pleased with results.

The Customer/Patient care I have recieved at the Shrewsbury Vein Clinic, from my initial Consultation, Treatment and Follow up Appointment has been truly Excellent.
I could not of wished for any better Treatment throughout the whole processs and the Treatment outcome is more than I could of wished for.

Being treated in a polite friendly and professional manner. Explanation of the procedures was excellent and the general feeling of confidence in the gentleman who interviewed me.

My consultation was friendly and informative with no hard sell. The actual procedure and follow on treatment was clearly explained along with all the post procedure recovery information. I have subsequently confirmed my treatment date.

Right from the very first consultation visit everyone was so friendly which put me at ease. All procedures were explained to me in detail and I was given a brochure to take home.

I seemed to be the odd one out here. It made me very sad and disappointed when I saw the other great reviews. I'm happy for them ,of course. My treatment which was around £500, did nothing for me, I thought. I went for a consultation ( the centre was about 1 and a half hours from me) I was told they could treat my veins and improve the look of my legs. I was really excited, thinking I could wear shorts for the first time in years! When on holiday I'm so self conscious on the beach or around the pool. Obviously fake tan can help a bit, but still I wanted these horrible red and blue veins gone. Anyway, when I went to actually have my treatment, travelling all that way and back again, the vein consultant proceeded to quickly inject the veins , I could hardly feel anything was actually happening, but it was over quickly and the nurse put on the compression stockings, and I followed all the rules when I got home. I had them done late august 2025. I waited 2 months to see if there was any improvement...sadly there wasn't. I took photos and sent them to the clinic. They said my legs needed more time. The staff in the centre are very lovely, but now it's February 2026,and finally I have seen some improvement. To be honest I've had a lot of things going on, and haven't really looked at my legs closely from the front or the back. And I can see that some of the areas do look a lot better. There are sort of brownish marks where the veins were in certain places which is probably normal and will fade in time. The centre are very good at checking on how you are doing. I cannot fault the company in anyway regarding communication, care and wanting the best possible outcome for their patients.I haven't got the exact results I wanted, but the clinic have offered me a free consultation valid for 6 months, and a discount on a second treatment. This is generous, and I will take up the offer in due course. Hopefully I'll be able to write a positively glowing review then! We are all different and some people might need more than 1 session. I will say to anyone else who has this treatment for thread veins and the small blue ones, to wait more than the time they say you will see results. It's taken 4 months for me to finally see improvement. I do recommend the centre as I think most patients achieve great results. The receptionist and nurse there are absolutely lovely. And you do feel completely at ease. The consultant is also gentle and caring .

The whole experience from start to finish was so well handled. All the staff are amazing, professional but also warm and genuinely caring. Everything at every stage was well explained and there was never any pressure to make decisions. I had amazing results and am so happy with with the look of my legs now. At last I am happy to wear shorts !

One of the most comfortable and friendly appointment I have ever attended. Staff were fantastic as I was very anxious about going. But the service and knowledge of everyone involved was excellent. The consultant was friendly and professional and put you at ease immediately. He explained everything as he proceeded with excellent knowledge and I certainly wont hesitate with the procedure having suffered for so long.

For most people there’s bound to be some apprehension prior to a medical procedure.

Within minutes of walking into the Shrewsbury clinic the welcome from the receptionist and Mr Sriram Rajagopalan and staff, I was put at ease.

From my initial consultation and through the procedure and follow up check the communication, prior to and before each step of the procedure was excellent, everything you need to put you at ease.

A very friendly, warm, welcoming professional team that I have no hesitation in recommending.

I have to say that my whole experience was great. The Clinic is easily accessible to me from home and parking is available and free outside the clinic. All staff are professional at all times as well as being welcoming, kind, caring and approachable. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and toilet facilities are available. The procedure is explained and any questions satisfactorily answered. I found Schlerotherapy relatively pain free and the results are very pleasing. Aftercare is explained and also tips emailed immediately afterwards with numbers to contact should you need any further support. At no time do you feel rushed or undervalued, in fact this is how any medical experience should be. Thank you so much.
