Poor post treatment care
Upsettingly, I have found the after care to be appalling.
Pre treatment, there is clear advice surrounding likely treatment outcomes and how, in rare cases, the situation can worsen. However, now finding myself to be one of the unlucky patients whose veins have not responded to treatment, I now have widespread unsightly secondary problems as a result of the treatment which is distressing.
Apart from throwing yet more money at the problem for additional treatment, (which seems counter-intuitive given the lack of results) or paying for a further consultation, there has been no clear or helpful opportunity to discuss concerns or receive timely advice. This suggests that once money has been paid for the service, there is no regard for patient care post treatment when the outcome has been wholly unsuccessful.

Professional and caring from start to finish.
Naturally I was anxious about the procedure to treat a varicose vein but I really needn't have worried as right from the start, the call centre staff, receptiinist Clare, doctor Thoraya & nurse Kim all
with their professionalism and caring nature really looked after me and put me at ease.
The treatment was all explained clearly and the patient information pack was very useful to refer to. I would describe the actual procedure as a little uncomfortable but not painful and I'm sure it'll all be worth the effort when I'm walking around in a pair of shorts when we get any good weather!
A real positive experience, thank you.

Varicose veins
It was a great experience from start to finish. I was informed at every point what to expect. The procedure was relatively painless and recover time was exactly as I was told it would be.
My legs already look so much better.

Clinical staff all professional but beware of after-costs
Staff all professional and helpful. Information clearly explained. Location clean and professional. Transparent pricing. Limited availability in terms of day of week. Cannot transfer from one centre to another.
Edit: 5 months after the follow up treatment and my thigh has a large lumpy bruised area where there was nothing visible before. Veincentre have kindly said I can pay to have it rectified.

EVLA procedure for me was very painful
EVLA procedure for me was very painful. I started work three days later and it was nightmare for two weeks.
Naw almost two months after procedure my legs still hurts a lot. I hope one day it's finish and I can leave my normal life. The result is not visible yet so I don't know what to say.
Doctor Thoraya and nurse Kim are professional and kind.

EVLA & Foam Sclerotherapy
I have just completed a follow-up sclerotherapy treatment after having EVLA treatment earlier in the year. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and l can't speak highly enough of Miss Nung Rudarakanchana, the consultant vascular surgeon, and her team who were fantastic. The skill, professionalism and care was exceptional and made the whole experience painless and easy.

A great experience at London vein centre
