I’ve left my review till now, eleven months ago I started my treatment of EVLA on both legs followed up with two treatments of foam Sclerotherapy in the following months, I honestly can’t thank Edward Lake my consultant and my nurse Julie enough for the marvellous work they have done with my leg veins. FANTASTIC 🙏
From the moment I walked through the door, the receptionist Amanda and everyone I met were so friendly kind and welcoming, and they immediately put me at ease.
The results have been amazing, It’s made a massive difference not only to the appearance of my legs but also to how I feel I’m truly grateful for all the care, kindness and professionalism I received thoughtout.
Thank you all so much I couldn’t be happier with the results! You’re all amazing team 👏👏👏

Clinic was lovely when i went in and got offered tea/coffee off the lovely chatty receptionist.
When i went into get my consultation the lady looking after me was lovely and had a lovely irish accent.the doctor and the lady doctor was all lovely too and looked after me.well done

Welcoming and friendly staff. Very reassuring. My flight from Isle of Man was delaying due to Air Traffic Control problems, but the staff managed to fit me in for a later appointment that day, for which I was very grateful.

Kind, caring, sensitive and welcoming from the start. From the coffee offered on arrival, to assessment, to treatment plan. All explained clearly and concisely. Date for treatment was set for a few weeks later.

Warm welcome on arrival from Michelle, offered drinks and chatted to me before going into the Consultation.

Nurse, sorry can’t remember her name was friendly and put me at ease and took me into see Mr Lake.

Mr Lake asked me various questions and I was able to convey with my age and the long standing problems I wasn’t very certain that anything could be done.

After the scans he gave me all the information and answered my concerns and said it was possible to improve my veins giving me full details of the scans.

I was very pleased with the consultation and went back to Michelle to find a date that would fit in with the extra travel coming from the Isle of Man, boat and plane times. We were able to sort out for the Procedure to be done on Monday 21 September at 1.30 pm. Booked the Plane to fly over and Boat to go back before we left.
Did the necessary paperwork and paid the deposit.

Friendly staff.
Efficient - knowledgeable.
Felt comfortable and at ease.

My consultation at the vein centre was good put me at ease and they explained everything very clearly 👍

My followup appointment went well with dr Edwards lake,he went through everything with me and made me so relaxed,and his assistant Julie was amazing so helpful and kind.the service i got today was100%, I would recommend the vein centre if you want your vein done,in liverpool Stanley street, thanks P.wright 😘👍

Follow up appointment today, rescanned, given full explanation of next treatment plan. Further injections given, with after care advice.
The whole procedure to treat my varicose veins in both legs has been a positive experience, carried out by knowledgeable practitioners who put me totally at ease.

I found edward and julie ,so welcoming and supportive ..expkained everything to me ,helped calm my nerves as i was a bit nervous . Such a nice friendly enviroment , very professional and caring manner

I was very well informed and the staff were very friendly made me feel at ease from the moment I entered the building staff answered all my questions including the receptionist who also was well informed and answered my questions

The staff! Both my consultant and nurse were incredibly warm, welcoming and reassuring but in particular my nurse at the Liverpool clinic. She went out of her way to make conversation, put me at ease and I was honestly made to feel so comfortable.

I visited 3 times from first consultation to procedure and follow up. Extremely positive experience and would recommend highly - just wished I has done it sooner. From reception, to nursing to consultant made me feel welcome, at ease, and treated with respect. Fully advised throughout during the visits and with excellent communication via email with clear support and contact should that be necessary.

My third visit to the Vein Centre and as always 5 star.
A lovely welcoming environment, felt totally relaxed whilst having my veins treated as the nurse totally distracts you by chatting to you and making you feel at ease.

The staff made my first consultation very welcoming and put me at ease. The consultant was very friendly and explained the whole process and what my expectations would be. I'm looking forward in starting the treatment and hopefully have the desired outcomes.
