Fantastic experience
Had my varicose vein treatment at the Leicester branch the staff are very friendly and helpful , Devaraj was very efficient along with John both very friendly and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease fantastic from start to finish would 100% recommend thank you .

Considering my anxiety levels prior to my treatment, I really couldn't have asked for better service from these guys, big thankyou to Bhavini on Reception helping to make me feel so welcome, Devara (Surgeon) and John (Nurse) were absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend, after all its not just the treatment that counts the communication is key too, thanks again

A follow up appointment that solved a few issues I had with initial treatment. As per my first visit the treatment was carried out efficiently, professionally and in a relaxed, friendly manner.

Everyone very friendly
Everyone very friendly. Consultation was informative and I was shown in detail the problem with my legs. Unfortunately my legs were priced the second most expensive and it was a LOT of money. I was extremely upset so I looked at the clinic payment plan. Even on the longest term on the re payment plan the monthly payments were extortionate and totally unaffordable, also the interest is a total rip off. This treatment is only affordable to those on a high income. It totally broke my heart with disappointment. As an apology they did return my consultation payment.

Excellent Service
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who kindly offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. Shortly after, a lovely male nurse (apologies, I’ve forgotten his name) introduced himself and took me into the consultation room, where I met my consultant, Mr. Devaraj Srinivasamurthy. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and really put me at ease throughout the consultation.
The whole experience, from start to finish, was excellent. Everyone I met was friendly and attentive—especially the nurse—and I never once felt pressured into any further treatment. Instead, I was given clear information about all my options and costs, which I really appreciated.
Outstanding service—I will definitely be returning for further treatment

The staff were professional and explained the whole procedure clearly. Booking the follow up appointment on the day the suited me was a bonus.

i have suffered for years with ugly…
i have suffered for years with ugly painfull veins that stuck out and hurt so i finally pluckedup the courage and went for a for a consultation at the Leicester veinclinique where i had an ultra sound and was told by a very helpfull surgeon called Devaraja and his Nurse John who totally put me at ease and told me what would happen i had the full works laser and Foam injections all i can say was that it was the best thing i could of done as i now have no pain and my legs look fab,i will be wearing a skirt for the first time in years so if your unsure go and have a consultaion i wished id done it years ago!!

Great care during the procedure, and afterwards.
I was nervous on the actual procedure day, but all of the staff made me feel comfortable and did little things to alleviate my worry. I was asked if I would like to listen to music and if so what radio station. The nurse chatted to me throughout to put me at ease. The pain was a little more than I had expected but I managed better by the staff distracting me. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt looked after. It was really good to have a follow up call two days later too, and know that a helpline was there if I needed it.

Hopefully it will be effective if not I know the pathway and they can treat again.
