The treatment that I was going to have was explained well and I was give a booklet to read. I was also show photos.

Good communication and very caring and seem to have time

From the consultation onwards I knew I was in good hands! I did my research about the centre in Harborne, Birmingham, and it paid off. The setting in terms of the clinic & immediate area is very pleasant. Inside I was greeted warmly by Debbie & she made me & my husband who waited for me, feel very welcome. She was also professional & competent. Dr Deepak & the nurse practitioner Asif are a wonderful team! From the consultation onwards, I knew I was in good hands. Dr Deepak knows his 'stuff,' is dedicated, and explained everything clearly. He made the whole process as painless as possible & it was uncomfortable at worst, occasionally. He & Asif are professional & caring, proud of their good work. No awkwardness. I had my first treatment in November & a top up treatment in January. I still have some skin staining where the veins are 'dying off,' but I was fully prepared by Dr Deepak for this stage of the process. My legs are already much improved, and the costing was transparent & fair. No pressure whatsoever after my consultation, though I knew very quickly I was booking in for treatment as I felt so confident with the team.
I am looking foward to seeing the final results in a few months, and to wearing nice little summer dresses!

Everything was reassuring. Potential awkwardness or embarrassment had been thought about in advance and dealt with.
Centre was clean & comfortable. Staff all polite & friendly. Even the surgical stockings are almost attractive!
The treatment was a little painful at times but the staff were attentive and able to administer anaesthetic or pause when required.
The difference to my legs is amazing!
Well worth the discomfort and the financial cost. I will be wearing knee length dresses for the first time in many summers!

I recently visited vein centre to have a procedure and I cannot fault them. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough and attentive and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Deepak was an excellent surgeon. Talked me through everything at a pace and in language I understood, he was always very clear from the consultation, through the EVLA treatment and follow up about what he would do, why and what I could expect from it. Felt in such safe hands, and 6 months later I’m so happy with the result, wish I’d done this sooner! Thank you Veincentre.

I found my experience at the Vein Centre Edgbaston first class. Everyone was extremely attentive and put any concerns I had to rest. During my procedure I was assured through out and was asked if I was okay. I could not have been treated better. Had a lovely cup of tea ! Ann Jennings

I am so glad I trusted my instincts and had my veins treated here. From the moment I walked into the centre my mind was made up-Debs on reception is an asset to the company, friendly, personable and immediately put me at ease.

As for my treatment it was nothing short of outstanding and the results are amazing, you literally would not know that I had any issues at all, my leg looks perfect as though I'd never had an issue in the first place. The unsightly veins have completely cleared with the accompanying discomfort. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Deepak Vishnawath supported by his team. He was brilliant on all three visits and made the whole process so worthwhile with his empathetic, professional approach and clearly explaining everything throughout.

Went to see the Vein Centre in Birmingham more than a year ago after reading all the positive reviews. The consultation was great- alot of promises, and I felt like I was in good hands!

After paying hundreds of pounds, for spidervein therapy, I literally cannot see a difference- in fact the parts treated look much worse, and always have- I’m still waiting to see this improvement I have paid so much money for. The treatment was extremely painful with no pain relief at all.

Absolutely no aftercare, once the money was paid, and the treatment received.

The reason it has taken me so long to review was because I was told results could take up to a year or longer to be seen. Well the results are rubbish.

I definitely did not have a positive experience- I would not waste my money on expensive treatments here again.

Easy to find in Nottingham. With parking. Very friendly staff. The whole cause and how things worked in the vein system as well as the NICE guidance recommended treatment was well explained.

I am booked in for treatment, with the promise of great results. The only thing I would say is it was difficult getting date for treatment, and it's quite some weeks off.

I highly recommended this treatment to anybody who has unsightly facial thread veins. This was me second treatment with the lovely Becky Powell, the results are fabulous😊 A wonderful professional team @ Veincentre who provide great aftercare as well.

A very warm welcome at vein centre. Had a minor sclerotherapy treatment on both legs .

For a number of years I have suffered with thread veins and three years ago I used one of your competitors but the results were mediocre at best!
Three years later and my thread veins getting worse I decided to look for an alternative treatment provider. When I saw the very positive reviews online I decided to give Vein centre a call. As you can imagine I was very apprehensive and reluctant to throw good money after bad, but I needn't have worried as I saw instant improvement even after the first visit!
My issue is that I have hundreds of little thread veins all over my face so it will take a number of treatments to remove them, but so far the results have been fantastic!

I started my treatment for varicose veins at Vein Centre Birmingham. The staff are excellent, very professional, open and honest about the realistic results with the appropriate treatment. I have to say my results are amazing. Today I wore a skirt for the first time in 20 years !
My most recent treatment was with Becky Powell for thermo vein ( tiny red veins in the legs ) . Becky was welcoming, professional and very friendly too. She explained everything clearly and was again honest with the results I should see . Thank you Vein centre I’m very happy with your service and shall continue my journey with Becky for my desired results.

My whole experience at Veincentre was positive.
I have worn support stockings for years to manage my varicose veins, in particular the dragging feeling I often experienced.
In the initial consultation it was explained to me what particular type of treatment I needed. My treatment lasted less than 90 minutes and I felt quite comfortable walking out of the clinic.
Dr Vishwanath and the team made me feel at ease right from my initial visit, until the completion of the follow up appointment.
My leg will look much better without the varicose veins and I am so pleased I no longer have the dragging feeling, so will not have to depend on support stockings.
I wish I had visited Veincentre Birmingham years ago.

I had itchy and bulging veins in both legs which looked unsightly so decided to get treatment.I was met by the receptionist who is very bubbly and polite. I was seen by Dr. Deepak Vishwanath and his assistant Asif. They are both very amiable guys. The Dr. kept me informed all the way through the procedure and I must say Asif is very attentive and reassuring, they work great as team.Fantastic result.
