Vehicles For Veterans Recensioni

easy appointment set up
prompt pick up and good communication with tow company
follow up for tax info was sent to me quickly
final paperwork was sent to me with final amount to be used for tax reporting

Picked up at proper location on schedule.

Online procedures were simple to complete. Response time on the call back was the next morning to set the pick up time. The pick up was scheduled for the afternoon, but the driver was in my area making another pick up and called to see if he could get it earlier. Everything was simple and fast.

Haven't rec'd my tax benefit yet. Scheduling and pickup was fast.

The communication was great. I worked directly with Mark. He went above and beyond in making the transfer of ownership,
getting my vehicle that stopped running
towed away to auction. Very grateful for everything, including getting a tax donation for the vehicle.

Donation was very seamless. It couldn’t have been easier and for a cause we feel strongly about.

Very easy one call did it all .picked up car as scheduled.

Very simple. Everyone I dealt with was polite and efficient.

I donated the car and made an appointment to pick it up. The pick up was on time and easy. When the car sold I received a letter via email to use for a tax deduction. Good job.

Timely pickup of my donated vehicle and follow-up with information on how much money they were able to secure from auction.

This program was easy and it served a very good purpose. I hope that my car will help a veteran and their family.

From start to finish, the entire process was much easier than I anticipated!

Had two motorcycles to donate. Filled out the online form. Then my phone was blowing up as well as my text and emails. I was at work so couldnt respond but that didn’t stop them from literally going crazy trying to contact me. I called the next day, talked to some Indian lady who barely spoke English. Arranged for pick up between noon and five a few days later. Got everything ready. Then no call/no show. Called vehicles for veterans number, they said I had to call the “towing company” and have me a number to call. I called got a message about “wait times are very long”. So, trying to donate to help vets through this organization but it seems I take it more seriously than they do. Had a million things to do but still waited for the call I was supposed to get “an hour before they arrive”. Never happened and I get the distinct feeling that they just don’t care. So, I’ll be finding another organization to donate these 2 beautiful motorcycles to. Maybe the next outfit will be in it for the right reason and understand that donors don’t have unlimited time to wait for them to get their stuff together. Horrible experience!!

Great job! Overall, very good communications. Limited window for pickup, the car was in Florida and I wasn't, but we worked it out. Pickup went well, friendly driver.

Vehicles for veterans made the entire process of donating my car seamless. From my first submission to the picking up of the car, it was easy and quick. I’m grateful for their help!

I got a quick response once I contacted this organization. The pickup was easy and convenient.

Donated my car it was picked up promptly on July 11, 2025. I received a receipt via email for $500 which was extremely low, but that was OK. Going to a good cause now I’ve received a lien notice in the mail from a towing company Saying they took possession on August 5 and that I owe them for storage if it auctions off for less than the Storage fees! Never again will I donate anything this is ridiculous.
I must admit I was pretty hot when I got that lean notice. After speaking with a couple representatives at vehicles for beds I calm down a lot. They said they would handle everything. Also sent me an email. I’m supposed to hear back from them today as they are tracking down all the paperwork on the vehicle I donated will update after I talk to them.
After contacting the they where quick to resolve the issue! Kinda of a odd situation!

Arrived on time. Quickly loaded our vehicles and gave the promised paperwork. Everything they said they would do, they did. So easy and convenient. Definitely recommend!

Vehicles for veterans made the entire process easy including all the documentation.
