The process of donating my vehicle was easy and fast. The staff I was in contact with were professional and kind. Will recommend to others!

I donated a vehicle. I did not purchase one.

Everything went well! Fast and easy pickup. Be sure to check all email folders as the tax deductible paperwork is sent out promptly! Thank you!

The tow folks were patient, courteous kind and fast! They treated my 84 year neighbor with the utmost respect as a retired Vet!!!!

Process was easy and everything went smooth and on schedule.

Everyone was fantastic so helpful and easy to follow what needed to be done went very smoothly

Very smooth transaction. I filled out the questionnaire, made a pickup appointment which was exactly on time. The driver for the tow company was very helpful and personable.
I was kept informed on the donation and received my receipt sooner than I expected. I will recommend this organization to anyone thinking of a vehicle donation.

Fast and efficient company, love the care they give for donating cars!

Clear guidelines and smooth communication. Coordination with tow company was seamless.

The guy was on time. Very nice guy. I left something in the car that was important and he reminded me that I left something in the car. I thought i did a pretty good job of making sure everything was taking out the car that I wanted. Always take a second look you may leave something of value.

I'm very pleased to have found this organization to donate my late husband's truck. Everyone I talked with and met were friendly and helpful. It was an excellent experience all around!

Everything was very easy. The guys who picked up the vehicle were personable and professional.

I'm truly grateful to Vehicles for Veterans for your help in donating my father's (a WW II vet) vehicle. I had zero luck with other organizations and working with you was a breeze. I've already recommended your org. to friends and families who have a vehicle to donate.

A nice donation experience.

The driver was prompt and professional. I was sad to see the vehicle go, but Vehicles for Veterans made it as pain-free as possible.

It was a fabulous experience and I highly encourage donating to this wonderful organization. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. It made me feel good that my car would help others.

Paperwork was minimal. Scheduling pick-up of my donated vehicle was painless. My communication with the admin staff was pleasant and they kept me updated on what to expect and when. Super easy process!

Vehicles for Veterans was so prompt and communicative through the whole process. The person who came to get our car was prompt, helpful and professional. Everything went super well!

Very disappointed with Vehicles for Veterans with my car donation in June 2025. I donated a car in Phoenix a few years ago with another charity that set the standard for quality service. Vehicles for Verterans was unprofessional, unaccountable and a frustrating process from start to finish.

Here are a few examples of my frustation:

I specifically wanted the car picked up on a future date; the local company then proceeded to call me every few days wanting to pick it up earlier. I threatened to stop the donation altogether.

After the car was picked up, I expected an email thanking me for the donation and letting me know a ballpark valuation for the donation. I heard nothing.

I sent emails requesting a confirmation on the pick up and never heard back from anyone. One day, a letter arrived giving me a tax receipt.

When I wrote to the Vehicles contacts, they passed the accountability to the tow truck firm that picked up the car. I didn't want a run around; I just wanted a simple answer.

I will never use this organization again.

very disappointed in the frustration I had to go through, I would never donate anything to this organization again.
