Customer support agents are literally…

Customer support agents are literally like bots, any question you ask them they just tell you go to read a 40 page document. Deposit takes about 5 seconds, unfortunately, you can’t withdraw without giving up confidential bank information such as pic of credit card, bank details and 3 months worth of bank statements. They know people aren’t dumb enough to give up such sensitive information therefore you cannot withdraw.
