This site looks great at first from first glance but they're just crummy all together and we'll just restrict your account and say you can't... But they're more than happy to take any money from you when you need coins don't go to the scam site save your time and find one that's fun on trustpilot and trustworthy

Glad I'm not the only one saying this. This site should be shut down. They are scamming people out of money. I play on over 60 different sites and this is the first. So if you get free money, like daily and a sign up bonus, if u win on that they only give you $25 no matter ur winnings then they void rest of what you win. On top of that after I purchased from them since it was still after sign up bonus and I played until I finally won 100 to cash out they still only payed 25 and took the rest, then they said that they reimbursed me what I bought out of my winnings which I never seen anything but 25. So to get away with it they say reimbursed what you payed but yet that goes into 25 and all my winnings are void now because I was reimbursed. Talking bout confusing and a way to scam people out of what's rightfully won. There should be class action brought on these people and then shut them down. I would not suggest this site for anything.

Vegas Way is 10 out of 10! I like the games and the sites ease of use. I also like the fast redemptions! I got my redemption within an hour. I don’t understand the negative reviews because my experience with them has been great. The customer service at Vegas Way is top tier. I will definitely be returning.

I had 1 successful withdrawal out of 10 attempts. They asked me for screenshots and videos of the debit card I used to make purchases with and after uploading them everything was fine as for my 1 successful withdrawal. When I attempted to make another withdrawal for a larger amount they asked for screenshots/pictures of THE SAME CARDS I had already submitted and had been verified once. However this time they told me the same pics had been edited, which HAD NOT. So instead of making a big deal about it I retook the pics, and was told the same thing. I tried multiple times even submitting videos of the same cards and was continuously told they had been edited and could not be verified. Eventually they blocked my account from any financial transactions and I am still owed $600 which I guess I will never see.

If you win with free coins they only redeem $25.00 and take the remaining winnings. In order to redeem you must win at least $100 and buy a coin package. To redeem all your winnings you must play with coins you have purchased. I had won a little over $300. I redeemed for $100, and they paid $25 and voided the rest of my winnings because I won it with free coins.I bought a coin package for $4.99 in order to verify and redeem. So technically the first redemption is only for $20.00.

Used to love playing it played it everyday free credits and ones ibpayed for just because i happened to get lucky on free credits they took it all but 25 saying it was against regulation dont waste your money and use rebet or any number of the other online sites.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I had no issues with verification, customer service or the redemption process. There is a 500 dollar limit on redemption requests but thats the only negative. The player safety measures are easy to implement and redemption took about 8 hours.

Please for the love of everything holy, do NOT even waste your time! Normally id say atleast get your free coins just don't deposit but even thats not worth it i promise you. They legit just beyond obviously lied right to me after scamming me into depositing saying this and that but of course after I do so all the sudden they don't remember anything they just told me and now none of it applies. This platform is very petty and I’m glad I didn’t add another dime to the account.cause it’s a thousand and one platforms people play on and my account was blocked not because I made two account. Only because I used my other email to sign in and then it ask me if I had a duplicate account. So I instantly call support. And ask if I did to remove one. She comes back saying sorry to inform u your account been restricted for duplicate account opening but that’s fine things happen for a reason and my god don’t make no mistakes it there lost and u know how many players they will loss cause it’s hard to keep up and I’m about to check my emails to see if they sent me an email to open an account. Cause if so I can sue for them selling my information cause I’ve already ask that they not do so.

Got banned for inquiring about redemption not being the correct amount. Was advised unless you pay to play your redemption is capped.

I am 100% convinced the small handful of five or even four star rating this site has was bought. After spending no less than a couple hundred dollars in a matter of a week, I finally hit a decent bonus with SC that I purchased out of my own pocket they limited my redemption to $100, which I thought may have had to do with the fact that it was my first redemption. I got the confirmation email saying that my redemption went through and is being processed, but it was $25 not $100 I had put in for. Keep in mind this was won with my own cash not their free skimpy daily login, bonus or anything like that. That being said to your money is spent elsewhere, I’m gonna give them a few days to send out that 25 and then I’ll be deleting the app. Customer service was an absolute prick by the way.

Stay away from this site. I’ve bought many times on this site and then I ran a small balance up to 114 SC, it would only let me redeem 100, ok fine, next day I get an email saying my redemption for 25 is complete. I thought oh this must be some sort of mistake, right…. Wrong after contacting support they said the following:

‘Your redemption was limited to 25.00 according to the 7 Award Rule.

The maximum that can be redeemed resulting from a prize the player has gotten for free is limited to 25.00 per account.

The rest of the balance was voided.

Well it is true, if u win with a free bonus no matter how much they only gonna pay u $25. They redeemed quickly but not what i originally $100. Good selection of games

This company could improve by actually being an honest casino instead of trying to get any out of paying, no matter what, saying you get a jackpot, and then don't give it to you. Keep your money in your pocket and don't take it out for them. There are plenty of other honest casinos out there. Stay away from this one.
