This casino doesn’t close down your account even after you tell them you have a gambling problem. They continue to send promo emails offering bonuses too. They accept UK residents and process payments via random companies using different MCC codes to hide the nature of the transactions. They contradict their own terms by having GB on their sign up form but then say they don’t accept residents in the UK. They ignore all communication.

Not sure what to make of this site

Not sure what to make of this site - customer service is very good and Mike is a really nice guy. That's the reason I have given 2 stars.
If you like big bonuses and are happy not to win anything this site is for you. Can't knock the site for this - you will have lots of fun and this is why I have given them 2 stars. Just dont expect to win anything.
The games they offer are some of the best I've seen, with very high bets and buy bonus features. But after doing over 3000 spins the games become predictable and no fun to play. Bonus become harder to get and pay less the more you play. You will fun when you first join just the longer you play the more you will question the rng.
Never withdraw any money so I cant comment on withdrawals.
Servers crash all the time and this is frustrating having to log back in all time.

At total I have won 6.000€ but the casino made a Storno with no reasons.

Zero security

I've been receiving recurring password change notifications that I didn't request! I find this very serious, given that the security system is so compromised. When I contacted support, via chat and email, I haven't received a single response after 11 days! I thought I could trust this site, but I have no guarantees of doing so. I won't give them any more opportunities to play or deposit.

Affiliate program scam

We were hired to assist on the affiliate program - multiple meetings and face to face conversations took place and 6 weeks of work, David the affiliate manager kept making excuses as to why the funds we were promised hadn’t hit our account after weeks and weeks of waiting he finally responded to advise we are not getting paid and we are in fact the scammers - I have all the conversation recorded and kept as evidence -
Stay well away from this Casino, I’ve been in the industry 20 years and this is the worst experience of my career!!!

Vegas nova sucks!

We were online casino streaming for Vegas nova as affiliates and we were mislead. They promised and did not deliver. They did not pay us what they owed us. Trying to label us as scammers even though we had run their website for them and did everything they asked of us they still tried to put their lies onto us. We were consistently lied to. There were alot of issues along the way and from the start I was very sceptical of these people and the way they spoke to myself and my business partner. I would highly recommend staying away from this platform.
