Vegas kitchens have our undiluted thanks for giving us e perfect new kitchen with excellent quality units and appliances from Germany. The skills shown and care taken for design, fitting, electrics and plumbing were spectacular in every way. Timekeeping was excellent and all procedures delivered meticulously,
We are particularly indebted to Vegas kitchens in that following legal advice we were able to seek their help in repairing and refitting the disastrous attempts, over a period of thirteen months, made by an originally contracted local company to supply and fit a complete new kitchen Legal advice was that a first priority should be to obtain a safe and properly equipped kitchen which could be enjoyed into the future. This has been achieved and we are greatly pleased that Vegas have been able to negotiate special compensatory discounts with the German suppliers. We can commend Vegas without reservation.

From the initial design conception to the final installation, our experience with Vegas Kitchens was nothing short of excellent. Straight away Louise our kitchen designer, demonstrated her understanding of what was important to us and what we were trying to achieve.

The team at Vegas Kitchens were always courteous, professional, and responded to any questions and queries straight away.

The quality of the kitchen is excellent, and the installer that was recommended by Vegas Kitchens was experienced, dependable and delivered work of exceptional quality.

We were recommended by 3 of our friends, all have recently had installed Vegas kitchens. We are so pleased that we instructed Vegas to do ours. From the initial meeting, Louise was helpful and inspiring, to the installation by Matt. He is meticulous, he made everything fit perfectly. We are so impressed with the quality and service. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We chose Vegas Kitchens after looking around and realising that no other company could match the quality, service and aftercare. Our fitter, Jeff was second to none and did an incredible job, working long hours and cleaning up at the end of the day. He came in every day with a smile on his face and nothing was too much trouble! The kitchen looks incredible and we have had so many compliments and would definitely recommend Vegas. 5 star quality and workmanship! I just wish they did bathrooms too!

Purchased Kitchen approx five years ago. slight issue with 2 x doors (which required replacement) of which were replaced very quickly, many thanks to Andy/Jon and Team - after sales Customer Service is first class!!

We have just finished our whole house refurbishment.
For Vegas Kitchens, our journey started nearly 12 months ago.
Louise gave us some expert guidance with the kitchen and utility room layout and plans and supported us throughout.
We bought the kitchen in December for delivery in April. When it arrived from the manufacturer, Vegas Kitchens stored it safely in their warehouse until the builder was ready for it some weeks later.
When the builder called for the kitchen, everything arrived on time.

The kitchen and utility room have now been installed with Quartz worktops and Glass splash backs all arranged through Vegas.

We are really pleased with the kitchen layout and quality and are looking forward to many years of service.
We would highly recommend Vegas Kitchens.

I've learnt over time, through a couple of less than optimal experiences, that the most important factor in replacing a kitchen is the quality of the fitter. After trawling through the usual sheds and some other independents, I stumbled upon Vegas Kitchens quite late in our process, but was immediately impressed by the fact that in most of their reviews the fitters are mentioned by name and highly praised. It also helps to have a good sales consultant and our experience with Jon was excellent. We spent 2 or 3 sessions with Jon and ended up with a bespoke design that fitted our space perfectly using their Italian Doimo product, which I feel is step up in quality and finishing touches compared with many of the standard offerings out there. Jon also helped us choose appliances, which Vegas supply at very competitive prices, cheaper than a lot of the appliance warehouses, and also Quartz worktops and a Quooker tap which were also supplied at a lower price than expected. Returning to the subject of kitchen fitters, Vegas only use a small number of fitters which they have vetted over time to ensure high standards. When we explained that we would need other services such as Plastering and Electrics, Jon asked Harry to survey and quote for the works required. Our experience with Harry was fantastic from start to finish. Not only is he an excellent and methodical fitter who is obsessed with detail and the quality of the finish but the other Trades he brought in, (Electrician, Plasterer and Plumber) were also of the same high standard and polite, punctual and tidy people that we were very happy to have working in our home. Harry managed the installation process very well and organised his visits and those of the other Trades to maintain progress but without people tripping over others. Harry also did other work for us such as Architrave and Skirting with the same attention to detail and finish. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Vegas Kitchens and I can highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality kitchen.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room which were fitted by Matt along with help from Rubin (electrician) and Luke (plumber). All were professional, efficient and friendly. They also cleaned up really well at the end of each day. Matt kept us well informed of the progress and the whole project was completed in just over 2 weeks. Any little issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
We now have a quality kitchen designed and fitted by a helpful and knowledgeable team within the agreed timeframe. Excellent service and value for money.

I now have a wonderful new kitchen of the highest quality, courtesy of Louise and Sam at vegas Kitchens.

From the very first meeting at their well appointed showroom, I was impressed with Louise’s grasp of my requirements, product knowledge and her attention to detail. The whole service experience was excellent from design to delivery.

I made a few modifications prior to and after delivery, each time this was dealt with in an extremely friendly manner, and the extra components were delivered professionally without any fuss whatsoever.

Louise and Sam were both a delight to work with and I can highly recommend their design and supply service .

When you decide to have a new kitchen there are lots to choose from please take the time to go to Vegas Kitchen at Hawkinge kent.

The service we received from Louise was excellent very friendly and very knowledgable about their products.

The quality is outstanding and the delivery time was four weeks and everything was there no excuses for lost or delayed items.

Absolutely over the moon with my new Vegas kitchen .. all involved were brilliant from start to finish .. Jon designed the kitchen with little input from me and it’s perfect . The kitchen fitter Harry did an amazing job and always here on time such a tidy worker and so professional in every way . Joe did an excellent job of the splash back and thank you to Sam for the correspondence always quick to call or email with a reply .. all in all very happy . Really pleased with our new kitchen.
Great to work with Louise on the design stage. She knows her stuff and she was excellent in putting ideas together with us till we could get exactly what we wanted. Similarly the after sales service from Sam was also excellent.
From design, to fit to any query after nothing was too much trouble for Louise and Sam.

Thank you to Louise at Vegas Kitchens for our new kitchen island which she managed to match to the existing units very well. The quality of the fitments and worktop is good. The fitter Dan Carlo was careful, meticulous and left our kitchen spotless. He completed the installation by lunchtime and should be proud of his work ethic. He is associated with Vegas Kitchens and is definitely a very good advert for them and their chosen product.

Previously we have had minor items from the company and after this we would definitely recommend Vegas Kitchens to any of our friends.

We cannot rate Vegas Kitchen's highly enough. We shopped long and hard for our dream kitchen & utility room, and no one could compare to them in quality and finish. Jon was wonderful from designing our kitchen to its completion, He came up with so many ideas, some we didn't think possible, so we were thrilled. They even made us a table out of the Dekton to match the worktop, its fantastic. The whole kitchen absolutely stunning, and such a pleasure to be in and use, we would definitely use them again 100% 🤩

Planning our new kitchen from scratch was quite a daunting prospect but Jon really listened to what we wanted and his design and recommendations were absolutely spot on. We decided on units from Doimo with Dekton worktop, glass splash back, Siemens appliances and a Quooker tap. He provided us with some incredibly realistic images to help us visualise and reassure our choices. It’s a substantial investment but we feel the price we paid was very competitive and worth every penny for the service received and what we now have.

Our kitchen was installed by Matt, along with Mike the electrician and Luke for the plumbing. All of the team were superb in their workmanship and attitude, nothing too much trouble and respectful of our home, all great guys. Installers from the company who did the worktop and glass splash back were also excellent. Everyone arrived exactly when they said they would and the quality of workmanship throughout the installation was superb.
Once we were settling back in to our new kitchen we needed a few adjustments with shelf heights etc which were promptly sorted for us.

We did unfortunately have a door that was damaged in transit and a couple of missing components and if there is anything negative to say it’s only that replacements took quite a while to arrive. But that is down to Doimo and parts being sent from Italy.

Our kitchen was fitted in September 2023 and it really has been everything we could have wished for. A big thank you to everyone at Vegas Kitchens who turned our dream kitchen into a reality.
