This is a scam company with non existent customer service. Do not subscribe. If you do, please cancel your credit card

Once you have a subscription, you cannot cancel it online. When you call them, they try to get you to keep your membership by pushing a delay or other ways to keep you subscribed.

Their website is difficult to navigate, is slow, and limited capabilities.

When you return an unwanted item, they charge shipping. You can only return with their label.

These should have negative 100 stars.. ordered lat april… still hasnt arrived. It sayd it has attempted delivery but nothing ever came on that day… this is a huge scam company. I wished i read the reviews before ordering… some b***sh** vegamour my a**. What a sh**** a** company. Its not even a company… its just a scam site. Dont waste your moneh on this expensive imaginary products!!

I was skeptical, but gave it a try. I’m 78 years old and have a thinning hairline. I used it faithfully for three months and did notice some new hair growth, so I ordered another 3 month supply. So I’ve been using it for about five months and I have to say honestly IT REALLY DOES WORK. My front hairline has grown in and so has my part. It doesn’t leave any residue. I put it on at night. I’m very pleased and I’m on auto delivery so I won’t be without it.

As you will read, I liked the product. I cancelled my subscription the last time it was shipped to me in April, yet it was shipped again in May and I was charged again!! There is no notification ahead of shipping and charges, and canceling my subscription was so very difficult!! I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and each shipment lasts me a long time!! I really like the product and would have continued to use it! But after I finish the product I have - which is probably 6 months worth, I will be doing my research and going elsewhere!! The market is bigger than it used to be! BTW I am a Nurse Practitioner who has recommended your product to my patients with thinning hair, which I will obviously not continue to do!! So you did not just lost one customer!

The product has helped me and another member of my family - we've used GRO Dry Shampoo and also Growth Serum. I'd recommend these. Their ingredients are also pretty wholesome and safe.
One note of criticism is that sometimes the items arrive in a box without being secured to sit tightly and there is no softening filler inside to prevent them from colliding - this is in reference to GRO Shampoo sprayers. They sometimes are banged up from being tossed around during delivery.

The same problem many people are having with cancelling subscriptions, emailing to cancel multiple times and continuing to get charged. Do not purchase from them or subscribe. There are plenty of other hair growth products out there.

I had a subscription to Vegamour. No big difference in my hair after three months so canceled my subscription through my account. They received it and sent an email offering a discount if I stayed with the product and did ask me to confirm what I wanted to do. I didn't respond and they took it upon themselves to not cancel the order. So just thought users should know, if and when you cancel, when you get their email asking you if you'd like to stay with the company, you HAVE to confirm your cancellation or they'll keep sending you the product.

This is a scam, they get you sign up for a recurring subscription by saying you can cancel at anytime. The truth is, you have to reach out to support to cancel and they say they'll take care of it but won't. You are then charged again and again with no option to cancel. I had to open a case with the BBB to get them to listen to me! BTW, I canceled because the product did nothing.

I like the product ok, though it is not revolutionary. The customer service however, is atrocious. I made the mistake of signing up for a subscription. I still had a lot of product left, so when I woke up to an email telling me I had already been charged, but the item had not shipped, I immediately contacted customer service. While I was waiting for a response, I got another email telling me that it had just shipped. I was very upset and finally talked to a person and they accepted a return, but charge $6.95 for the label. I thought it would be ok, because they acted like that was anomaly to not be notified in time to postpone the shipment. Well, several months later, the same thing happened. I woke up to an email telling me that I have been charged, but the item hadn’t shipped. Then I reached out to customer service asked about canceling the order, and then mysteriously got an email telling me that item had just shipped. I went online to cancel my subscription, but surprise surprise there is no way to cancel it online. You have to call customer service number and talk to somebody, which was a waste of my time, but supposedly my subscription is canceled. But after this experience, I’m not doing business with this company ever again.

Vegamour committed fraud using my payment details to initiate a purchase ! No response was received from customer service !

Vegamour has helped grow my hair and my daughters hair a lot since covid made it thin out! I love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner! It leaves our hair so silky! I always receive my order in a timely manner! The packaging is very cute and neat!

Their anti hair loss product is useless. Maybe it responds differently to different people so I don't have an issue with that.

However, their trading practices are shady (and I am being kind). My wife mistakenly subscribed to one of their products and trying to cancel the subscription has been an absolute nightmare. They don't have an online platform that allows cancellation. You have to make calls to them where you are greeted by a recording and nothing gets resolved. In the meantime, she is getting billed for items that we no longer want.

Even if their product works for you, never make the mistake of subscribing to them because cancelling your subscription will be very difficult.

I consider companies that have business practices like this to be nothing short of fraudsters

Unfortunately I can’t rate zerooooooo This brand subscribe you without your knowledge and once you buy the first time the want to send you same order during a year. And you can’t contact them to cancel as they make this process so difficult. Very unprofessional.

Trying Vegamour was a last result from my hair loss due to autoimmune disease and perimenopause. And I tried everything! After 4 months, my hair is growing back in and I couldn't be more surprised or happier! I use the Grow Advanced and the Hydr-8. My hair is processed and the Hydr-8 has made the biggest difference in making my hair look not dry AF and vibrant! Highly recommend!

I have had to most traumatizing experience with vegamour. I had minor hair thinning. So decided to try the vegamour Gro serum. Initially after 3-4 weeks of using the serum, I noticed a small decline in hair loss. After 3+ months of use, not only did my hair loss increase but it is now excessive, and leading to balding. After shampooing with vegamour products, my hair is coming out in clumps. I’m so sad, horrified and troubled by these side effects, I’d like everyone to know about this. Please please be careful. This company has a very strong advertising campaign which floods your google searches and social media feeds. Very hard to find negative reviews. But they exist and it’s real. I’d suggest not using this product at all. I’m really hoping my situation isn’t permanent as I’m not conscious of going out in public due to my balding which didn’t have before.

I tried the GRO product. I liked it so much, I ordered the shampoo and conditioner. I do not like that the company makes you have an ongoing delivery in order to get the most discount. Also it takes so long to get your product after ordering.

I've been using the Gro/Gro+ Serum and the Gro Shampoo/Conditioner for a little over a year now. I have seen new growth and my hairline looks more full with the serum. I love how the shampoo really cleanses my scalp- a small amount goes a long way and sudses up well! My hair tangles easily, especially when wet, and the conditioner really softens and detangles my hair!

I had used this product since I had lost a lot of hair from stress at my job which I left. Even had my coworker takes pics of my balding scalp I tried everything under the sun but only this product seemed to work. I was recommended this product from another girl who was recovering from chemo. I switched from the regular pink serum to the Pro and see quite a difference now. I would say it did take 3 months and to start with the pink bottle and then switch to the Pro. They have a customer for life in me.

Becareful, this product creates hairloss for some.

I started using vegamour serum end of Feb. I wasn't shedding to begin with, just decided to use the serum to prevent hairloss and promote new growth around the front.

Since using vegamour for 3 weeks, I have even shedding like crazy! So much my family & hairdresser noticed and said WHAT THE?! We originally thought it could be hormonal or the water in the shower. After getting my blood test done and someone out to test the chlorine in our shower, there were no issues. It then occurred to be that I had been using a hair growth serum.

I've since stopped using it and the fall rate is back to normal! I'm so relieved! Anyway, I've reported this to vegamour and they said yes, that can happen to come. Quote from their email to me: "Although extremely rare, some people may experience a temporary period of slightly increased shedding when first trying VEGAMOUR Products as dormant/unhealthy follicles are pushed into the exogen (shedding) phase to make room for new, healthy hair growth (anagen phase). This period of shedding is rare but it is also temporary. However, it can be shortened significantly by improving the scalp’s overall health."

I told them this needs to be publicised on their website in case our users experience the same thing as me but of course they're shrugged it off.

I'm happy I've found the root cause but now I have paid a lot of money to have majorly thinned hair and will not be continuing use or recommending this product to anyone else.
