Would NEVER recommend. Horrible business owner.

I never received anything from Vector Commerce other than emails to review my experience with them. Not sure how else to review a product/service that was never received.

Editing after Vector's response... I actually did order a website build but never received any further information/directions/etc. for it. Luckily, it was a free website build so I didn't worry much about it. But, I found it frustrating that I kept getting emails to review the product that I did in fact order, but never receive.

Also, I really don't appreciate the hostility and pettiness in your response. I very rarely post negative reviews, but after getting so many requests to leave one here, I finally did. I would never review a company that I never had anything to do with as that would be completely unfair.

Editing again to warn any potential customers of the terribly unprofessional and vindictive business owner. If he doesn’t like someone’s honest review, he will still go leave an unfair negative review on their business page out of spite. He said he would only take down his review if I deleted this one first, which I said I would do if he could just assure me that no other customers, especially paying ones, would have unfulfilled orders. He never tried to make things right or assure me that he does actually have legit and honorable business practices. I would never recommend any person to do any sort of business with him.

Editing AGAIN to business owners response editing. WOW, again I would absolutely never recommend this kind of person to do business with. I wish I could remember how I came across his website in the first place so I could make sure to never use their recommendations again. I have never requested any kind of ‘refund’ as I luckily did not pay for anything. This was the first he had ever mentioned that the product I ordered should have not been available to order and I never received any kind of notification of the order being canceled. I simply asked him to assure me that his customers, especially paying ones, so in fact receive their orders from him. That is all I have ever asked from him. He has yet to be able to do that so I don’t feel that it is fair to remove my review, as based on my interactions with him, I would not recommend any business being done with him, paying customers or not.

It also doesn’t even seem like his business is legit anymore, as his website is inactive. Not sure how attacking another small business that is still very much active and running is fair at all, one that he has never had anything to do with other than claiming this as his interaction with my business. Again, not sure how this is showing any sort of fair business ethics or morals. At this point, anyone reading these reviews here and on my business Facebook page should be able to clearly see this and agree. He isn’t doing himself any favors in continuing this type of business practice. But since he continues to threaten my business because of my fair review of his, I will say again- I will delete this, although I don’t agree with doing so, if he would just tell me that he does actually fulfill his customers orders and take down his unfair review of my business as he only wrote it out of spite for this one.

I have never worked with this person, taken any of their money, nor have I had any interaction with them in any way.

She got an automatic product review request based on a free service that was listed on my website for a promotion I was running. The promotion ended, and the product was still available on the website when it shouldn’t have been. This person managed to make an order, which I promptly declined on my end. I never received any kind of correspondence from her as a result. Somehow she still got an automated review request, and left a one star review. Despite my asking her to remove it as it’s not based on a genuine business experience, she insists on leaving it up. Now she’s insisting I “make things right”, stating I owe her compensation for some reason.

Well I don’t have any money to return since there was no monetary transaction, nor do I have any product to deliver since I declined the order.

Again, I have had absolutely zero business dealings with this person other than declining her $0 order on my website.
