Outstanding premium Massage chair: I visited Vcomfort Birmingham based showroom and ordered their premium range chair iSupreme 4d massage chair. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered free delivery and installation, bearing in mind that I Live in London. The delivery guys removed the sides and reassembled them, and managed to get the massage chair through the doors. Once they reassembled the massage chair, they took the time to provide a comprehensive and detailed demonstration. It's worth spending on well being, and I am happy to choose this company.
I must compliment the team as I feel I was looked after right through from the sales process to the after-sales care. Very well done. Professional and courteous right the way through. I highly recommend Vcomfort.

Excellent service helpful guys. Reassembled my chair. After having to take one of the sided off. As my doors are narrow and the chair would notify otherwise. Quick and efficient, polite and pleasant. Also speedy response on my e-mails to them.

I purchased Kalkoona Massage chair of them and right from the start they were very helpful in explaining the working of all the models in detail. Probably was 2 hours of phone time :) Anyways my main issue was space and kalkoona was the ideal chair that suited our requirements due to limited space. The delivery took couple of days and it was very very easy to set it up. The massage is great and a real 3d one covering from neck to thighs and calf air compression is affective too. The chair even in full recline doesn't need a single inch of space from the wall. V v happy with the purchase and would surely recommend vcomfort massage chairs.

Just bought the chair (Thunder) the first impression is very good. My wife and I used it and we both liked it especially foot massage and calf massage. Air bags around shoulder and arms are very good. Let's see how durable it is going to be but this seems to be very good chair. The customer service is great, they explained me in detail about how to deassemble if required and they put the chair to my living room on first floor as I bought instalation service, it is worth buying instalation service if DIY is not your cup of tea. Overall a very good experience.

I have previously had second hand massage chairs & mine had broke, these are very costly to get delivered. I was after a small massage chair for space & I purchased the Adora after speaking to the owner. He was very knowledgeable and I got
it at a reasonable price including delivery, which was prompt. The guys set it up, spending time to explain the different programmes. The chair does a excellent massage & puts you in a horizontal position. I would highly recommend this company. Thankyou

I ordered this massage chair through ebay and was a little sceptical about delivery and the chair it self but was pleasantly surprised. They replied all my emails within minutes and delivery was spot on time. They installed yesterday chair in 10 min and chair is excellent so far.

Having researched the market, I would expect to pay at least £500 more for a massage chair having the features/quality of the Eggy; I strongly recommend this chair to those wanting an all over massage experience. The chair has an almost infinite number of massage modes/combinations.
