Very proactive, professional and helpful alongside a good range of options and competitive prices. I've used them for my last two vehicle leases.

I have some mobility issues and as a result of that, I was worried about being without a car. However, Stuart made sure that the new car arrived the day before the old one was removed. As someone who is a bit of a technophobe, I was struggling to send documents electronically, I was amazed and delighted when Stuart offered to collect them from my house. The quotes I received for the cars I was interested in were extremely competitive and because of the service I received throughout, I decided to go with them. The process was so straightforward and Kammran was always on hand to answer any questions either by email or phone. He made the whole experience seamless. Vavoom was an easy to use leasing company which was offered from my workplace. Nick was our account manager, he was very thorough and attentive meaning he was always on hand for queries and would answer in a timely response.
The website is user friendly, however is slow to update with the special rate deals. I was told the cars on a specific deal were all sold out, yet the website would tell me differently, therefore this is why I've given Vavoom 4 not 5 stars.
The communication was good with the wider team and my car was delivered within a month or so of ordering right to my door.

Excellent communication from day one. Explained the process and gave several deals to chose from. Turnaround was excellent, Kam was always on hand if I had any questions or queries and Amy did a fantastic job with continued dialogue throughout. Highly recommend Vavoom for you leasing requirements.

No question / worry / chat felt too big or too small, he found us a great deal in what felt like seconds and worked with us to make sure it was the right fit. The service I received from Nick and the team was excellent. The app used to pick your car was very easy to use and very informative. When I ordered the car I was kept informed every step of the way, I received a bi-weekly update until delivery.
