I love vault X and im in no way sponsored

I love vault X binders, and the ones i got (4 of the same for all my MTG cards) are absolutely beautiful and of very high quality. I cannot recomend enough theese binders, and at a great price compared to what others offer for double or more the price. Will certantly buy more of their stuff in the future since from the moment you click "buy" to getting the products at home, are no more than 3-4 days and i live in Spain.

If you are looking for great quality, great price and great service with great assistance from kind personel (and trust me im literaly a doctor), look no more.

Incredible! The binders are probably the best on the market, with plenty of options and outstanding quality. At Royaume du TCG in France, I was welcomed by an amazing sales associate, April—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always smiling. She took the time to advise me with great patience and care. Excellent products and support

The products themselves are fantastic and solid quality. Support was quick and helpful as well when I minor issue popped up with shipping and took great care to get it resolved quickly.

I will only trust my personal collection…

I will only trust my personal collection with Vault X product. Perfect fit sleeves, top loaders, card saver, and especially the binders. My collection deserves nothing but the best and Vault X is Top Quality. Their customer service is Top Notch and Very Responsive.

P.S. Really really need a master set binder for ME2.5 Ascended Heroes.

Terrible experience with customer service and bot

I made an order later at night for me, and tried to cancel it early on the next morning. The customer service “widget” on the website gives an option to try to cancel your order if it’s been over 1 hour since you placed it (the email you get after placing an order gives you a link to cancel your order, but only for an hour after placing it - and like I said, I placed mine later at night, not long before going to bed). My order had not been fulfilled yet, was still only in the “confirmed” stage, so I was pretty confident that it would still be able to be canceled. After selecting the cancel option, it asks for your order number, which I supplied. The bot never answered. I tried multiple times, on multiples devices, in multiple places and with multiple different internet providers. It never responded, even after waiting hours on a couple of the devices I tried it on. So I instead selected the “I have an issue with my order” option, which finally told me I would get a real customer service rep…in 24-48 hours. I didn’t hear from a customer service rep at all that day. When the customer service rep finally responded a day later, the order had only reached the shipping label created step in the process (it had not even been actually shipped yet), and they only said there was nothing they could do. When I replied that the bot had not worked on the website and that was the only reason the order had gotten to this stage that was not able to be canceled so it was seemingly the fault of the company, I was told that they had not had “any other reports of this issue” with the bot on the website, which I knew was not true since there is other reviews stating they had the same problem with the bot that had a response from Vault X, so the company did know. I asked again if there was really nothing they could do or offer to help, and was told that the order was already “dispatched and is now with the courier” (which was a lie, as I had the tracking information which said at the time only that the shipping label had been created, and USPS did not have the package yet) and told that I should’ve canceled it with the link in my order confirmation email within the first hour after placing the order. I responded with proof that Vault X did seem to know about the bot problem from a response they gave to another reviewer complaining about the bot not working, and reaffirming that the only reason I was unable to cancel was because of their website and bot not working properly, complaining about the process and how terrible it is, asking for help or any kind of solution, expressing disappointment in the process but thanking the rep for their time regardless. I got no response. It’s been days, and nothing. Now the package has actually been shipped. This is a terrible process, very poor customer service with a customer service rep who just brushed me off multiple times and ignored me the last time, awful website and system to use - I can’t speak to the quality of the product as I haven’t ever owned any Vault X, but I can say that after this awful experience, I would never buy off of their website if you do want something from their brand. Go to Amazon; it boggles the mind that they would have their products the same price on the website as on Amazon, but charge so much for shipping on their website when Amazon has their products available for Prime, have shipping that takes so long, make the cancelation process absolutely abysmal, and also charge for returns so if they pigeonhole you into not being able to cancel as they did me, because you have to pay the cost of shipping if you want to return. Amazon makes canceling and returning a breeze, and customer service actually at least tries to offer help or find a solution.

Binders great - postage leaves a lot to be desired

Overall the binders are lovely, great quality and reasonably priced. However if you order anything less than 2 binders the packaging for posting is just a brown paper bag. I have now had 3 orders delivered where the binder box has been completely battered with split seals, two of which were supposed to be gifts.

Really happy with Vault EU

Really happy with Vault EU. The service was good and the quality of the binder is great. It feels strong, looks nice and is perfect for storing a Pokémon collection properly. You can tell it is made for collectors. Very satisfied overall and I would definitely recommend Vault EU.

Please, just go somewhere else.

I'll leave the original review here but update for validity. Customer service did respond and we have now come to a suitable arrangement. It was harder work than it should be and my frustrations remain. However, they have done the right thing and replaced the faulty product.

Old -

Item arrived with an oil stain on the top, won't come off. Thought I'd live with it until I was offered the chance to review. So I reviewed it badly.

To my surprise I got an email from someone at Vault X offering the chance of resolution. But it wasn't to be as you have to go through a stupid bot to get help and it won't let you speak to anyone. It also doesn't allow paragraphs so when you press return it just sends the message with no way of going back unless you re-go through the bot, which frankly no-one should have to do, it's painful.

The bit that ires me the most though is my review could simply have been forwarded to the resolution team by the person reviewing the review, but it wasn't. Because the company is stupid and seems to want to make it as difficult as possible to get help, so their customers, I assume give up and go elsewhere.

The problem with these 'one and done' companies is they eventually run out of customers to upset - but they evidently don't care.

So if you buy and it turns up less than perfect. Don't bother complaining. It's your fault for not checking the reviews. As it was for me.

Damaged product but solved perfectly.

Ordered the special 151 binder. When I received it and started loading in my masterset I noticed some of the binder pages seemed to be cut/sliced.

When I reached out to support they immediately send me a replacement,which I received 2 days later.

In the end very happy with a beautiful product.

Their customer service is incredible

Their customer service is incredible; they've always resolved any problem I've had, even issues with the external delivery company, by sending me a brand new item free of charge. And of course, their binders are of amazing quality.

been very happy so far with all my vault x pokemon binders. I ran into a small issue with one of my new binder and it was immediately solved by customer service who has been very kind in assisting and sending me right away a replacement order. can only recommend the outstanding customer service and will definitely continue ordering more from vault x :)

Best ever customer service!

Ordered my first binder here to start collecting again. After DHL messup up the delivery of my binder they didn't know what happened to it. DHL told me to contact vaultx's customer service (because DHL just doesnt't care) and after explaining what happened to vaultx they just send me another binder without even asking questions. A few days later it arrived and I wasn't dissapointed. It's of high quality and looks very nice. So, if you're looking for a great binder and great customer service, tou should definitely order here.

Poor Support

Ordered a binder last week, item hasn’t shipped yet. Found the same binder that I had ordered in a card shop so I decided to go ahead and buy in the store and now it seems near impossible to cancel my order online since the support chat bot stops responding after providing it with the order #

Refused a very reasonable and timely order cancellation request

Placed an incorrect order in the evening and entered a cancel request an hour and ten mins later. The order was showing as not yet picked or packed. The next morning I receive a messaging saying they cannot cancel as the order has been picked and packed.

Now I'll have paid fees/postage on an item I do not need and will have to send back presumably at my own cost.

Why not cancel the order if it's not been posted? They didn't respond to me but it'll be as it doesn't benefit them.

When you are struggling with a limited budget stuff like this really does not help.

Very disappointed.
