Pleased with Vault Health
I have been taking the covid tests for quite a while now. the nurses have been wonderful and some are just a lot of fun. but all have been wonderful, supportive and helpful. then I had a situation where I was not able to down load my results and I called and spoke to Ariel and she was able to get my results to me quickly. you have amazing folks working at Vault!

Outstanding customer support
My test result for work this week was not accessible from email or when I logged on. I called the customer support number for help and Jo picked up immediately. She promised me five-star service at the beginning of the call and she delivered! Within minutes, Jo was able to access my report and send it to my email address. The entire process of being able to do my weekly work test on Zoom, have results with 24-48 hours, and order my next test kit has been super easy and excellent. Outstanding service!!! Thank you.

Updating Covid form
I recently had a Covid test for a trip. When I received the results, I realized it did not have my full legal name. Rob was able to fix that quickly over the phone and sent me the update form, within a few minutes of the call.

Cathy Soto was so extremely helpful. I was nervous that my Covid test was saying it was invalid when I logged in to take test, as I was exposed in close proximity at work. She spent time on the phone ensuring the issue was resolved and I received the zoom appointment. Cathy was so kind and calmed me down regarding this issue, especially since I already have heightened anxiety resulting from the need to be tested. Cathy is top notch and I wish more people I deal with were like her.

Helpful Vault contact
I misread one of the questions when I filled out my Vault information. My test result was sent to an invalid email address. When I called Vault, the 800 number was quickly answered by Cathy. She was so helpful and affirming. She could make the correction in the Vault information, gave me my results, and was patient and affirming.
Account Information
I needed help with updated the account information for my established accounts for my grandkids. I also need information on setting up anew account for myself. Brianna was most helpful, explaining everything in detail, including the process of "shared accounts". She shared the website address to do this and she also edited or updated my accounts to reflect the information provided. She was very courteous, friendly, yet quite professional! Very helpful!

After I completed my test, I noticed the envelope had no shipping address label. I called my friend who does the same testing and asked her for help. She provided me with the number from her shipping label. I was able to get one emailed. I was able to send my sample out!!
