Jo was extremely helpful and successful in linking my test with my employer's account. I was not able to use the link my employer (Metropolitan Opera) sent me as your site would hit a glitch and send me back to home. I had to order a kit through your phone line but it wasn't linked to my employer so I had to call again and was put in touch with Jo who was stellar!

EXCELLENT customer service
I can't say thank you enough or fully express my gratification to Jo and Briana for all of their help. Not only were they extremely helpful, patient and diligent in working with me on their own but, they went above and beyond, working together to get answers as well as a solution to the issues I was having. Both Briana and Jo listened and made sure to understand the entirety of the situation before proceeding. Briana and Jo were very professional and walked me through each task they were performing to find a resolution. I am so very grateful for their time and effort. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, they were exceptional!

So I was locked out of my account it wouldn't even pop into my email but of course I called vault support services and they help me quickly it was a piece of cake thank you customer service was excellent Sarah was amazing thank you Sarah!
Liked new format, needed instructions ahead
I really like the new format being able to log in and self test without having to wait for a zoom meeting. I have been testing weekly for over a year so I know the process and not having to wait makes it faster for me. I do wish an email would have been sent about this new process, because I was very confused and had to call custom support when my test would not register and I couldn't get on a zoom meeting.
Caring Staff
I would like to thank Ellen from Vaults Health along with other Staff members that I have contacted. Ellen was very, very caring and offered kinds words of comforting. I called with questions concerning me and my family testing. She comforted me and kept me calm as I awaited my results. Me and my family would like to thank you Ellen!! It's as if Ellen was sent to me and my family at our time of need! This is my 2nd time speaking with her! The 2nd phone conversation, I'd thanked her so much! She really kept me at ease and didn't get upset with me calling with questions I had! She was polite, patient and comforting through the whole conversation!! Exceptional Customer Service
Customer service with Vault was exceptional. Being able to do a PCR test from home was great. Only issue was connecting with UPS for transport. That was a bit awkward… Otherwise, turned around at this time was fast. Much appreciated!

I had a different experience today ( sent me to another link) to take my test. I was a little worried because it was different than usual. I called just to make sure that
it registered that my test was taken and another test ordered. I spoke to someone named Daniel, who was positive, professional and checked to make sure my test for next week was ordered. Very nice. Thank you.

I had an issue this morning with the barcode being invalid in my tests. I contacted Vault and the representative was so helpful and kind. She worked diligently to resolve the issue and make me feel at ease in the process while it was taken care of. My kits were processed and I was able to take my test. I wish all reps from other companies were like her. EXCEPTIONAL customer service!
