Vashi have been amazing, which is great as i was a little nervous to do this all online. The ring was beautiful and they got it to me quicker than their standard terms due to my plans for a surprise engagement. They kept me fully informed and their customer service was first class. I needed a resize and that got turned around in days. A big shout out to Sanaa who was so helpful. Thanks again.

So so sad. What a dreadful experience. You may see we gave them a wonderful review in May but then they failed to produce the items even though we had paid in full.
We managed to get our money back but have serious concerns about the state of this company.
We would not recommend anyone to shop with them. They had plenty of time to get things right and provided no credible excuse for failing to do so. As the earrings were specifically for our wedding, which they knew, this was all even more disappointing.
The lovely girl we dealt with is no longer there and they have since come out of Selfridges and stopped work we believe on their new store opposite the Ritz. We were told these things on our last visit.
The designer was fantastic and we spent much time with her finalising exactly what we wanted. We are very sad for her too.

Terrible customer service.

We ordered a ring which we later decided to return (which we are within our rights to do). Months later (this was in January 2022) I am still chasing Vashi for a full refund. They have refunded 3 of the 5 payments I made (I signed up using finance).

The worst part is that the communication has been non-existent. I email them to ask for an update and they literally just ignore my emails.

The staff in the store at Picadilly are nice enough, but God help you if you end up needing a refund.

At this rate will have to start legal action to recover the funds.

The service received from Vashi has always been exceptional, no matter who has attended me, the attention to detail and the kindness from the staff is second to none.

Communication is kept on time for any updates on the completion date and the quality of their designs is simply wonderful.

We came in to the Picadilly store 1 week before our wedding and were allowed to use stand-in rings for our ceremony while the rings we commissioned were being made. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.
