Vapvip is a reliable shop; orders are processed promptly and shipping is fast. I notice that many Halo concentrated liquids are out of stock. It's a shame because I would order more often. I am deducting one star for the packaging, which does not protect the purchased liquids at all. So, the already good service could be slightly improved.

Happy with the Vape kit that arrived but very disappointed to receive a half and almost empty, set of vape juice??? Packaging in tact and no leakage. Likely buy the vape juice elsewhere next time

I’ve been using Vapvip since 2020. I have never had any problems and my orders are usually delivered between 24-48 hours. My last order I ordered the wrong items. I contacted customer services and they handled my problem very quickly and efficiently.

The best and most friendly customer service. The prices are rock bottom (probably the cheapest on the market), and yet their products are excellent. If I had to describe them in one word, it would be perfection.

Remember to accept emails from them, because they come quite often, with campaigns where you can save a lot of money, or a discount code that makes it cheaper.

I have bought from VapVip for many years, and have only experienced positive things. The mail is lightning fast. They do their part to make it go fast. The rest is out of their hands, as it depends on your local postal service. For me it often takes no more than a maximum of 3-4 business days.

Don’t ever buy anything from Vapvip. My parcel are lost in transportation, but they won’t refund my money.

Compré dos pilas Sony Murata 18650 VTC6A de dudosa procedencia ya que probablemente sean falsificaciones, llamé por teléfono para comentar el problema, la chica muy amablemente me ofreció una solución, que fue enviarme otras dos pilas o cambiarlo por otro producto de la tienda, en este caso pedí las pilas EFEST 18650 de 35A, ya que vienen con un código de verificación o anti-falsificación y todo ha ido bien.

Legit, however had my suspicions due to not many ratings online and i didnt get a track n trace number after i ordered. Ordered Vandy Vape Pulse V2. Delivery took 1 week to Denmark which i think is very acceptable.
