You're absolutely right, Chris. I've just followed up on this and I 100% agree - the lack of communication from us is a rare but unfortunately evident oversight in this case.
I can assure you your products have been sent ans due for delivery tomorrow, which is grossly longer than what we advertise and adhere to.
I will ensure that you're order is sufficiently compensated and have spoken with our team to make sure this doesn't happen again.
