Placed an order over a week ago still not been shipped absolutely no response regarding the issue

Ordered ten days ago. Nothing has been delivered not sure when this is going to turn up. I was told text message it was going to here four days ago as well.

Done a £600 order on 2nd October for next day… it’s the 6th and they havnt been dispatched!! Been contacting loads and all I get is we’re really sorry we’re get on to this… then fully ignore you again l!! I’ve been using this company for years and was really good up until my last 2 orders!! Absolutely shocking I have gone through my bank to try get a refund

I saw the negative comments mixed with some good at the time, and I reached out to support first to ask if they had resolved their logistical problems; they assured me that they had, even showing me their current stock levels of the product I wanted to sample.

So I placed the smallest order, and after a flurry of texts, I join the rest of the 1-star reviews. Customer services are no longer returning my texts or calls, and they have appeared to have vanished.

I've started a chargeback with my bank and will hopefully get a refund.

After considerable effort, I managed to speak with someone and get a full refund. However, I only managed to speak with someone after having new items in my basket. A 3rd number reached out with an automated message saying I had items in my basket and if I wanted to continue. I immediately called the number seconds after receiving the text and they picked up. I explained my situation and after a few days and some back and forth they processed the refund. They are having massive logistical problems yet seem to still be accepting orders. I said they need to hault all orders and fix the problem first, and they agreed and mentioned were working on it.

I get the sense they are genuinely working to fix it and this company is not fraudulent but highly mismanaged.

If you are reading this, save yourself the hassle and find another supplier until the problem has resolved.

If you need a refund, add some items to your basket and wait. They'll reach out and perhaps you'll be connected with someone competent who cares, like I did. Best of luck to customers old and new. And best of luck to the company.

I placed an order on 22nd September 2025, I have paid for next day delivery and I still do not have my order. The contact from customer services and been little to none and I have had to make all the enquiries to what is happening. I have tried calling and emailing still no further forward. Extremely poor service. I have spent thousands of pounds and this is how I am repaid.

After 3 weeks delay they promised delivery friday saturday never received my order

I placed my order on September 30th 2025, and as of today, 4th October 2025, I still haven't received it.

I've tried contacting them to find out if it's my fault or if there's a problem with the product on their end, but I've received no response through live chat, email, or even phone calls.

It was only £200 after tax, but it was incredibly frustrating and I think it was a complete waste of money on what was supposed to be a "very good" first experience.

I'll keep in touch and hope for a positive response.

Paid for an order mid last week. Received one message stating the below, now being completely ghosted by the two contact numbers and no response via email. Zero communication, very concerning. No idea where my order is.

Low prices and good service

They always keep u updated along the way as well as offering a good customer service system.

Update: - it’s now been 4.5 weeks and over a month now since order date. Still waiting for half of my order - I’ve had a further email saying that dpd has delivered my initial order (which they did, albeit very late but with half the stuff missing) so had to send them the pick sheet with accompanying letter that was in my order showing the missing bits. Still nothing despite them acknowledging the missing pieces. Shame as they used to be a decent company.

Have emailed loads of times and get the odd response but nothing since I sent the pick sheet with the letter attached saying they were low on stock.

Normally shipping is 10/10 but this time noone is answering me emails texts and calls and have veen waiting over a week

Good customer service, some of the best prices with a large product range. Only got a late delivery once but was reimbursed on my next order. Good company.

Contacted by the company prompting to place another order and offering a discount code. Order placed on 1st September, paid next day delivery and 1 week later still showing as not even sent to the courier. I emailed a couple of times, sent whatsapp messages to their customer service team, called directly and text. Nothing! No replies. Based on the past few weeks of reviews on here, the company appears to be going out of business, pushing for orders, taking money and not fulfilling them. Avoid!!! I have contacted my bank to reverse the payment! Very unprofessional

Thieves. Completely unreachable. Will be contacting financial ombudsman to resolve this. They have taken money, but not processed the order. Have called every possible telephone number for them but no answer, no email replies nothing.
From what I can see in the reviews is this is a recurring issue. Will use all of these reviews to refer my case to the ombudsman

Company has stole my money and is refusing to answer any of the 3 contact numbers they have to sort it out. Paid £214 for ecigs, was told there was a shipping error, then have been completely ignored via whatsapp, email and phone line for days on end.

They know exactly what they are doing, and are just stealing from money from customers, then have someone reply to this saying they will investigate when they dont.

For anyone else this is happening to, contact Lloyds banking and let them know the situation citing thei, and the financial ombudsman to report fraud.
