I have been waiting on a delivery since 6th of January I have sent numerous emails and messages and rung the numbers on your website I have left my number on all emails and messages and telephone no one has been back in touch . Im only a small business and need the stock or I will be losing the customer please contact me

Placed order 03/01/26 dpd next day and never received try to make contact and everything and still nothing from this company now i have contacted my bank for a dispute.....

Paid for next day delivery three days down the line, still waiting for order.
No emails, no messages

Order placed 29th Dec for next day delivery now on 7th January and still not delivered! I have contacted someone via phone, whatsapp, email and online message multiple times and guaranteed this would be delivered Monday but still nothing. 
When now trying to call and whatsapp i am being ignored! 

The last message received from my online query was last Friday stating:
"We sincerely apologise for the delay and for the lack of clear communication regarding your order. We understand your frustration and accept that this has not met the service standard you were promised.
We are urgently reviewing your order and will confirm either delivery with tracking details or issue a full refund. You will receive an update no later than tomorrow.
Thank you for your patience, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused"

Still nothing!!

The last phone call i managed to get through to someone on, i was told would be sent out yesterday. Still nothing!

Quick to offer discounts, take money then DO NOT DELIVER!

Disgusting behaviour especially when i have spent thousands of pounds with them over the years!

Absolutely shocking this company.
Always fob you off. I spoke to them before I ordered, (they contacted me saying place you order as they could see what I placed in my basket) I was promised my order would be dispatched the same day!!! So I Ordered.. 11th December!! I am still waiting,. I have 4 contacts numbers for them, blocked on 3 and the other won’t pick up the phone, all I get through text is yes sir I’ll look into your issue.. then ignored again!!! I spent £500 to now be robbed!!! AVOID HONESTLY. I’ve constantly asked for a refund as well and I get ignored. So I’m now going through my bank to be refunded. There’s jokers

This is the 2nd time where I’ve had to contact this supplier regarding my orders.

I placed my order 18-12-25 and I’ve still not received it.

Trying to contact anyone by phone or email is impossible.

£250 order.. The customer service is terrible 😣 id advise you not to buy from this supplier

My order is late by 1day already plus last time I ordered they had to change my order slightly will be ordering again tho.

It’s always been a great experience until my last order that 8 vaps came loosing the liquid and I’ve tried to email to no avail

BEWARE !!
BEWARE !!! This company has advertised stock that is not available. I have contacted them for the last 3 weeks and they are now ignoring my calls, emails and WhatsApp messages.

There is no customer services available. You can try by ringing them or emailing them and you will see exactly what I mean. They replied 2 times when I first contacted them and after that they started ignoring me.

I have used vape supplier for over 15 years and this is the first ever company that Iv ever had to write a review about.

Iv had no choice but to contact my bank and open a dispute to get my £900 back from this useless company. This company is a fraud and a couple of other suppliers warned me to avoid them because so my other customers have had the same issue.

They will most likely reply and portray that they are genuine but I have proof of everything including phone logs, emails and WhatsApp messages.

Im also going to contact viva who they use to take payment and make a written complaint regarding how they can allow this company to trade using their payment system.

If you want to avoid the stress then I highly recommend avoiding this company. You can also type their address into google and see the other websites they use to scam customers.

They have also released their own vape kit called CP 15k vape that I was interested in but after the experience Iv had It’s best to avoid buying any of their products from any of the website they trade from as it’s nothing but stress.

Been a week and still won't give me refund sort this out ill keep leaving bad review untill I have my money back

Don’t order been from here ordred over 2 weeks ago no sign of a parcel or even been shipped out been told it will be 2/3 days still not received my parcel can’t get in constant with them ither.

No sign of order, have attempted multiple times to contact without success to find out what is going on but no response. Left with no choice but to start charge back process

Wrong items sent, told to return items, which I did to the address given but Royal Mail could not deliver on numerous attempts due to being unable to gain entry, now no response to messages.
Looking at recent reviews I would not order from them.

Big scam don't waste Ur money.i m going to calling local authorities coz I know where r they.still not receive my parcel it's next day DPD but still not heard anything.noone pick Ur calls or emails response so plz don't waste Ur money .

Second order with next day delivery paid for second delivery not here 1 week later

I placed my order a week ago and paid for next-day delivery, yet my order still hasn’t even been dispatched. This is the second order I’ve placed with this company, and it’s the second time the dispatch time has been far longer than advertised.

Trying to contact them has also been really difficult — I’ve called several times and no one answers the phone. At this point I still have no update on my order status or any idea how much longer it will take to be dispatched. Very disappointed with the service.

I've been using this supplier for quite a while and 90% of the time I get what I ordered if they don't have what I ordered they always give me a call and give me an option of what they do have

Placed an order for items listed as boxes of 10. They sent boxes of 5 so charged twice as much as advertised (price of 10's is going rate per unit).
What was sent was also a mix of strengths when I ordered only 20mg.
Awful customer service, their response was pretty much tough.
Having to do a chargeback through my bank. If that doesn't work then off to small claims.
