Never replies to ur messages or return ur calls i ordered vapes they send me different products the product they send wer faulty,leaked and burning flavour I tried to get in touch with them no answer it's been i month now i manage to get hold of someone he said to return the product and they wil send me right product which I ordered in first place i did that they hv received the return but nw they not answering my call or messages no update at all really disappointing with they services

I have ordered from them since 2022 and no problems what so ever.

Ordered dec25. Delivered mid feb. 40% missing. NO REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE .its now March 25th. The 2 or 3 previous deliveries went similarly but eventually got products. NO REPLY NO ANSWER .
STILL SENDING EMAILS ADVERTISING SALES ON THE PRODUCTS I’M MISSING

I am waiting for not received products still not replay I will change to 5 star after my case will be resolved.

Ordered a few times, each time a number of the items id ordered were out of stock, was sent everything but those items and had to call on my own accord to confirm the issue was then told there out of stock and pick another flavour.

Also the returns policy here is every pen has to be checked within 24/48 hours off the top of my head and after that returns are not accepted.

I brought in bulk for personal use, and didnt think i had to check every vape beforehand. A box was faulty and leaking vapes and was told the above so was left out of pocket.

Minimum order doesnt help either especially with the returns policy!

Wouldn't buy from here again.

You used to be good but then you got rubbish and stopped sending out deliveries cause of this I have not ordered from you until I received my order way back then as I don’t trust you anymore to get my trust back send out my order I ordered way back months ago it has been a few weeks now and they have responded to my review and they said that they were going to send me something out in the post but they must have been joking as nothing has arrived and this is why I don’t order from them anymore so I will wait for another response

Very poor service ordered £334 pounds of stock never received and stopped communicating with me. Never order again from them. No refund or stock sent to me. And then sent me email to leave them a review

I would give them a "0", but this site doesn't allow it. I placed my order, and they pretend it's been dispatched. Didn't arrive the next working day as they said it would, and charged for it. I've still not received my order, so im going through my bank to claw it back. Do not purchase from this company. You will not receive your order.

Terrible experience this time with the vape wholesaler . Spent £380 chased chased for over 3 months no order no refund . Previous order was 15 boxes of vape juice missing also . Still not resolved
