I thought I would try a new company for my pods and vapes this was a terrible experience I ordered 2 new vapes and a box of pods for a different unit I was sent the wrong pods I did contact the company about the issue it get sorted by me paying for the postage yes they did refund me the postage and sent out the correct pods after a few emails all sorted days later not really convenient of order and deliver

Well I mistakenly ordered two refills in a flavour I don’t really have , I sent a msg about it , the reply was that I ordered them , it was a mistake alls they had to do was swap them & and I put monthly orders in usually over 50 pound it wasn’t as if I was a new customer if they had looked at my previous orders they would see the flavour I usually order , a bit of customer care wouldn’t have gone amiss
