disappointed with the customer service I received. My concerns were not taken seriously, communication was poor, and I felt ignored throughout the process. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and support. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in this business, and I would not recommend it based on the level of customer service I received.

They are great at getting the order out to me.
They are very good at getting the order out to my address within 3 days, and I have never had any issue if I have to contact them, they answer with 6 hours of an e-mail.
I have recommended this company to many of my friends that use VAPE Products.
