ordered with this company a few times! always very quick with dispatching my orders & have a wide variety to choose from. customer service are also incredibly attentive when needed.

I have spoken to joey who seems to be the only customer service representative according to the other reviews, I asked for refund but was told " new colours will be in soon" that is not good enough, as when I ordered it says in-stock I will put my order number at end and will update if I get a refund like I requested. Paid for items that turned out to be out of stock after the order was placed. I was asked to wait or choose replacements, which I did, only to be told again a week later that items were still unavailable.
After nearly two weeks of delays, I requested a full cancellation and refund. This was ignored, and instead they continued suggesting alternative shipping arrangements.
Taking payment for unavailable stock, repeated delays, and ignoring a clear refund request is unacceptable. Very poor communication and handling of a simple order. Would not use again.

Poor dispatch time and only half the order arrived, it's now a month since the order and I had to message them about the rest of the order.
Something tells me this company is really based in China.
I only wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered, never again, stay clear.

Device broken on delivery, they won't refund or replace. Ths company is a scam.
Edit: the response is a lie. I have been in email deadlock with this company for weeks. Whilst I appreciate there is a language barrier the email thread is basically them saying they will check the issue with this supplier, then ten days later saying the same thing, and then saying the supplier wants to know if there is an issue? I felt like I was taking crazy pills, my bank also agreed and issued a charge back, something I've never had to do. Avoid and don't believe the lies.

If you enjoy paying for products that may or may not exist, followed by vague emails and unanswered questions, then Vape Sourcing UK might be the perfect shopping experience for you.
I placed an order for two mod kits and two packs of coils. Payment was taken immediately, which—unsurprisingly—was the most efficient part of the entire process.
After hearing nothing regarding dispatch, I contacted the company myself. Only then was I informed that the coils were “out of stock”, despite the website having no issue accepting payment for them when I placed the order.
I asked whether I would be refunded for the coils, but that question was simply ignored.
I then asked whether the mod kits had been dispatched and requested a tracking number. The response I received was that they “would be sending them”, not that they had sent them.
Since then I have asked multiple times for either:
A tracking number
Confirmation of dispatch
Or even a basic estimated delivery date
To date, none of this information has been provided.
Communication has mainly been through someone called Joey, who appears to have mastered the impressive skill of replying to emails without actually answering the questions being asked.
So at this point I find myself in a rather interesting position:
No coils
No refund confirmation
No mod kits
No tracking number
No estimated delivery date
Interestingly, payment was processed immediately, yet basic information such as dispatch confirmation or a tracking number appears far more difficult to obtain.
At the time of writing I am still waiting for either confirmation of dispatch, a tracking number, or a refund for the items that were apparently out of stock after payment was taken.
I would welcome the company publicly clarifying the status of this order, as my attempts to obtain clear information privately have unfortunately been unsuccessful.
Buyers may wish to consider this carefully before placing an order.
Update – 5 March 2026
I am still waiting for either a tracking number, dispatch confirmation, or a refund for the out-of-stock items.
If the situation is not resolved promptly, I will be raising the matter through my payment provider and the appropriate consumer protection channels.

Advise Through Personal Experience: USE THE COMPANY WITH CAUTION ⚠️🚫 ☠️Do not expect goods being in stock even though they were at time of purchase and the taking of your money. Do not expect a notification of out of stock item or a timely delivery, YOU HAVE TO BE THE ONE CHASING THEM ABOUT THE PRODUCT, BEFORE THEY INFORM YOU, THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK. Do not expect a straight answer and if requested do not expect a timely refund either ⚠️ 🚫☠️

Taken them a month to even send out(still not received) an item I paid for, After a few short reply emails form their "service " team, I asked for a refund which they are refusing due to how late in the process its become(their fault). All of this could have been avoided if they first said that there was a delay or anything.
Also I got a ping from my bank saying my card was showing suspicious activity, my card has never had this before and it all happened after payment to this company. Since I've changed cards and secured my accounts further. Its all very suspicious honestly. I'd say buyer beware from this place.

Despite the 14 day cooling off period for online sales, they refused to give me return details saying 'no warehouse will accept these'.
The vapes are poor quality and misrepresented.
Buyer beware that there are no returns. Avoid buying anything from them.

Awful company DO NOT USE. Ordered a mid that was IN STOCK and after 15 days, still hadn't received it. Contacted their 'customer service support' who's name was, Joey. I received a short, rude reply stating, 'It was because of Chinese New Year' I was told it was going to be dispatched, over a week later, nothing. Contacted them again and was fobbed off yet again and told it was ready for shipping, 5 days later, still nothing and still showing as Processing on my account. I have asked for a refund and I am currently going through my bank to use the Chargeback option to have my money back. A scam of a company, customer service, for what it is, is abysmal and you will be lied to constantly. Avoid this bunch of robbers at all costs, there's far better companies out there. In all the years of of ordering vapes etc, I've never had this issue before, until this lot turned up. I'd give it 0 stars but it's not an option. Avoid like the plague ladies and gentlemen.

Ordered a Mod Kit on 20th January that was listed as 'In Stock'. 4 days later there had been no update so I contacted them to see what the issue was. Received a rudely short email stating that some product I'd never heard of was out of stock (I'd provided the order number so no idea how this happened). I sent another email stating what I'd actually ordered and received another rudely short email saying that my Mod Kit was out of stock.
After much back and forth, I eventually agreed to taking a different colour of the Mod Kit (which they said was in stock) if they could dispatch it within 48hrs, otherwise I wanted a refund.
After 96hrs I contacted them asking for a refund. This prompted them to create tracking info.
Since then the tracking info. shows nothing has been dispatched. After many emails to and from their support, it was clear they weren't doing anything.So a week ago I started a refund dispute through my bank and received a provisional refund while they deal with the headache of dealing with these awful people.
It is now over 5 weeks since placing my order and nothing has been dispatched despite them claiming the item is in stock.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
