USE ECIGONE FOR ALL VAPE RELATED NEEDS.
CHEAPER, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAR SUPERIOR PRODUCTS, ADHERE TO TPD & SUPER FAST DELIVERY
Instead of trying to flag my negative reviews for anything you can. How about you respond & fix my issues I have with you ? Just the fact that you thought you could deal with me the way you did is a concern but showing no willingness to repair customer perceptions is a red flag to anyone reading this. TPD compliance is a LAW so if you want to break it that’s on you, not me.
I feel you should use ECIGONE instead of this company as they are cheaper, faster delivery & better products.
For the record vape Birmingham I am willing to reconsider my reviews & opinions if you would like to make things right ?
If you continue to flag my honest reviews then I will keep writing them over multiple platforms

Excellent customer service and the staff have great knowledge of their products. Fast same day delivery has saved me on multiple occasions.

Excellent! Ordered at around 11am got my stuff delivered around 7pm. Even got a call from them to clarify a point on my order. Well done VSB!

Rubbish

Yet again iv bought bottles of juice that arrived without there boxes.Yet again iv had to throw bottles away as the juice was no good.pity I can’t put a picture up of the difference between a bottle from another company and this company because from here it literally looks like tar as opposed to clear greenish colour.

We would also like to reassure you that the colour of vape liquid can vary between batches and may naturally appear darker depending on the flavour, ingredients, nicotine content, and storage conditions. This does not mean the liquid is faulty and does not affect the taste or quality of the product.
