Consistant delivery time and prices
I always use this site, as the prices are great and fast delivery. Sometime's if a flavour isn't available they will send a duplicate flavour but not really an issue.

Delivery was very fast. But unfortunately wrong colour vape. And this was a present for someone who already has the vape I was sent. Could have purchased the one sent cheaper elsewhere.

You ordered the Tropical Fade colour, but due to dispatch time constraints one of our team sent the Rainbow version, which is very similar, so your parcel could still be delivered quickly. That was our mistake – we should have contacted you first rather than making that decision for you.
We’ve reached out to you directly to offer a free return and either a replacement in your preferred colour or a full refund, whichever you’d be happier with.
We genuinely appreciate you highlighting this so we can improve, and we hope we can restore your confidence in us.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I’m really sorry for the mix-up with your order. You’re absolutely right – you should have received the 10mg Pink Lemonade bottles you ordered, and it looks like a packing error on our side.
Please contact us with your order number via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll immediately send out the correct 10mg Pink Lemonade bottles and arrange a free return of the 20mg ones you can’t use – or a refund if you’d prefer.
We’ve also reminded our warehouse team and tightened our packing checks to prevent this happening again. We appreciate you giving us the chance to put this right.
