Great Replacement Service
I had an issue with a vape mod I had bought that had developed a fault. Got in touch with the guys at Vape Inc who sent out a replacement the next day along with a pre-paid bag to send the faulty item back in. Top service, would highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Hello,
Sorry to hear about this. Due to all the Royal Mail strikes there are a lot of delay’s and backlogs at the depot’s, and some parcels are taking longer to be processed within the Royal Mail network and to be delivered. I have looked at your order and i can see this was placed on 30/11/22 (Day of a strike) this was not collected from us until Friday 2nd December so its only been 3 working days.
I apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delays and I will look in to this to see if there is anything I can do.

Great customer service.
Bought a vape kit bundle on offer. Excellent price. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Had a slight problem which was easily solved using their chat line.

Wrong order rectified immediately well done!!!
You inadvertently sent out the wrong items! I complained and as if by magic they were replaced with what I ordered the next day and no invoice!! Really really good customer service so from bad experience to a great experience! I will be using you all the time now!

This is showing as delivered on the 28/09/22 (2 days before this review) I can see we shipped this to the address stated on the order. If this was not delivered to you and has gone to the wrong address this is down to Royal Mail and not our fault but if you can email us at sales@vapeinc.com we will do what we can to get this resolved.

Just recently found Vapeinc after my local vape shop closed (not Vapeinc).
They have a great selection, reasonable prices. Quick process, packaged quickly and posted.
