2 Star to 5 star: Order 2 Fancier bundles
Original Review: 2 Stars -- Order 2 Fancier bundles, got one, the other is not a fancier. Sent an email to them, a Facebook message, no response. Glad to have the one fancier but disappointed. I'd be careful ordering here. I probably won't order here again.
Update: 5 Stars -- After leaving this message, I received a response here on trustpilot, in email and Facebook. Lee went above and beyond to get into contact with me and make the wrong order right. The correct item was sent and Vape Inc covered the import and shipping cost to get the correct item to me. I am very happy with how far Vape Inc went to help make this right. While I was hesitant to order from them initially, that is no longer the case. I now know that Vape Inc is trustworthy honest business where I can safely shop for the best vape gear. Thanks again Vape Inc for making it right!
TLDR: Vape Inc went above and beyond to fix a mistake. I will be back to order from Vape Inc again.

The discount on my juice was great, a long time customer with the best prices. only reason for dropping 1 star is I ordered a mystery bundle and don't like half of the flavours, having a sweet/cigarette/ fruity option with a nicotine level would be better as the ones I do like were too strong

Before u could order 2 bottles now it’s just 1. I go through vape juice like anything and it’s upsetting when u can’t buy the things u want in the amount you want. ( within reason )

Sorry i am unsure what you mean from your review. You said before you could order 2 bottles now it's only 1 but you had 2 bottles of Kraken on your order. The only thing i can think of is that you couldnt order more but that's because these were the last 2 bottles we had in stock until our next delivery.

Ordered a bundle of vapes on two…
Ordered a bundle of vapes on two separate occasions, 1 was leaking in package and unusable and two didn’t even work. Contacted the company many times about it with no reply.
UPDATE
company managed to get in contact, they have resolved this issue to a great standard therefore I have updated my review to reflect this
