1st item came in damaged. It was replaced promptly but the new item leaks everywhere even the mouth piece !!!! ( not sure if defective or just badly designed.

I have been shopping here for years now and have absolutely no plans to change. Their prices are good and the customer service (on the occasions I have needed it) is quick, professional and friendly.

Excellent prices and delivery times,my recent order was not quite correct but my email was answered very very quickly and the cost of order refunded and new order sent out free of charge, I am very impressed with this company and have used them many years and this was the first time I have had to get in touch with them over an order

Great service, had to ring them to sort out the age restriction, spoke to Lee who sorted it out without issue and this was followed up with a email from Royal mail letting me know they have package and letting me know the date and time span it would be delivered,so I did'nt have to wait in all day!

The prices were decent if not amazing on some items and the discounts offered drops the price even further.

So I saved cash and saved time, what is there not to like!

I always buy my juice from Vape Inc.Not only are they competitively priced,their service is second to none.Any problems are quickly sorted and the customer kept informed.Delivery is speedy and tracking information provided.What more could you ask?

It’s good value and there’s a great range but I can’t give a higher score because the website (both on mobile and desktop) is frustratingly poor. Clunky, hard to navigate and more often than not very slow. Such a shame because the products, price and delivery side of things is all great.

I made an error on my order, and realised it immediately I paid, so I tried to find a phone number to call Vape.Inc to get them to change it, and there is no phone number on the web site. I found their phone number through PayPal and tried to call twice and was put to voice mail twice. It was frustrating, but I was contacted and explained it was a very busy day. I understand this as it was just after lock down announcement. The refund had already been processed, and the order for the correctly ordered item arrived promptly as usual. Very greatful for the assistance.

This flavour is not an exact copy for the kids` cough sweet but it is an excellent base for other mixes, or very good on its` own.
