Since placing this review i had a phone call from the company who were happy to exchange the faulty vapes. Customer service, although a little slow to respond, was good and the issue was resolved. EDIT END
Ordered 5 vapes 3 were 10k aroma king ones. Burnt out before even being 1/2 way through emailed for replacements/refund to he told no “i hadn’t primed it” i followed the exact instructions as per manufacturer instructions and still refused. Broken vapes were kept to be returned but the seller stopped responding.

Where do I start? It pains me to even give 1 star to be honest. My best advice to anyone considering purchasing from these fraudsters is to absolutely NOT! This company sold me faulty devices that didn't work. After countless delays and ignoring emails they finally agreed to refund me. I sent the faulty devices back and was told that they had refunded me to my account. I can confirm they NEVER refunded me. I was also given excuses that it was an issue with my bank and to take the issue up with them. Funny how there was no issue taking my money but there was suddenly an issue with not refunding me? After countless emails and calls (just goes straight to answerphone!) I am being completely ignored without getting my refund. Please don't purchase from this company and make the same mistake I did....
damaged product
i ordered two crystal bars, a skittles one and a fizzy cherry one. The fizzy cherry one came damaged and unusable, the skittles one was fine. When i emailed vape fast to get a refund/replacement i never got a reply.

Reassured and back On-board!
So I had last bought from Vapefast in Jan 2023 and complained as so many vapes within multipacks did not work.
Although it took until March for them to contact me, the chap in customer service was apologetic and has offered to replace those that dis not work. He took ownership & responsibility of the case in hand, offered me a resolution and we came to an agreement. I was impressed with the customer service presented to me on this occasion- long may it last!
Maybe they are under new management?
Their new approach was very reassuring and I will continue to order with them as I used to. (I was a loyal customer for over 2yrs before this).

Update: Updated to 5 stars. I accept sometimes it's not your fault that delivery services don't always deliver on time, that's unavoidable on your part, I was just frustrated at the time.
You've been pretty flawless since though. Your also the only online store that does Aroma King 7000's that come with 5% nicotine salt in the UK, and believe me I scoured the internet looking for stores that stock them and they were all only 2%, which for me just isn't enough and has been great to help me stick to vaping and not going back to smoking, so I love your store for that alone. I only order the Aroma King 7000 disposable vapes myself, that last me up to about 4 days each and have lot's of flavours, most of them very nice, I'm vaping on the gummy bear flavour atm and it's probably gunna become my favourite flavour, really nice. You also have a really wide selection of other stuff on your site too and clearly have a big stock available.
I only wished that when I ordered my Aroma King 7000's, it wasn't I think around a pound or maybe less from getting a free delivery, so I have to order an extra 1 to get the free delivery. That's my only complaint though and I enjoy your service otherwise, cheers.

a real nightmare
I don't even know where to begin with.
Ordered Gorilla Big Fox 7000 Disposable Vape 10x Multipack on 10 November and a day later they call me to tell me they replaced 6 of the products with aroma king. I said ok I will give it a try. Arrived few days later most of them faulty. I tried calling, emailing and messaging to get return label and all they did was to ignore me, shift the blame on me or say we are sorry we have issues with our phones. After 2 weeks of hassle with them I finally received that return label and returned the products back to them. Then again 2 weeks of hassle with them to refund a partial refund. Refund that was finally issued on 8 december but even when they said they issued a refund the refund really never made it back to my bank account. Today is 26 December and my money are still with them, they keep ignoring my request to refund the money so I have no other choice but to report them for fraud to trading standards, complain to ombudsman and bank hopefully someone will deal with this company and give me my money back.
