Dear customer, sorry for the bad experience, although quality control has been done very carefully, it is inevitable that some fish will slip through the net due to factors such as logistics. Can you please let me know more details about the defective one so we can send you replacement, cheers

I was sent the wrong products

I was sent the wrong products. Had to get in touch with customer service as I wanted a refund. Got told that the wrong label was put on the parcel and that they would send my correct order and include a label to send the products I had received to another customer. This caused a fair bit of inconvenience to me as I was not intending on packing a parcel and going to the post office to send it.

A great selection

A great selection, really good prices and deals and fast delivery. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend this store.

Great price, Great products

Great price, excellent products. Vapes were very competitively priced & taste fresh too. Battery life is good so far unlike previous purchases from other sellers. Also recieved a free sample in my package will definitely be using again...

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service! My order arrived quicker than expected and everything was packed with great care. The vape flavours are amazing, really fresh and high quality. Customer support is friendly and helpful too. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had shopping online. Highly recommend!
