I am very pleased with my purchase of the Davinci IQ3 Vaporizer. It arrived on time and packed well.
Great product as well, will definitely buy from again.

I don't like the product but you can't return it if its been used. How can you test it without trying it? Pretty bummed I have spent over $300 on something that I won't be using.

I was looking to move away from my one-hitter to something that still takes leaf that was portable. It makes my weed taste bad, I don't get high, the pods are small, and the battery doesn't last as long as I had anticipated.

I don't know a lot about the company, and didn't speak to anyone personally, but I'll tell you that I selected them based upon *vibe*. Was going to go with the place in T.O., then chose Vaped because they have a much more genuine feel. I could tell that if I encounter any issues, they have a solidity that would likely make it fine. Glad they're around.

The whole purchase was smooth as silk. Super fast shipping. The vaporizer works great.

I paid for 1 to 3 days delivery Im at the 3rd day its still not here I checked Canada post tracking it says it will be here on the 14th that is 6 days from when I paid for it what waste of money

it took a little while to get my vape and the gift grinder didn't come with the vape but when i contacted you about the missing grinder you sent a new one right away quicker than the vape came i think so you guys did a great job i have to say though the vape doesn't work well with concentrates but with the herb its pretty damn good you'll just go through abit more bud cause you want the entourage effect so all in all very good rating i recommend

What made a bad experience turn into a good one was the customer service from Eric.After repeated problems with ups not delivering my package and ignoring my calls he got involved and after two days of frustration my delivery arrived after he contacted the carrier on my behalf.He was courteous and concerned…something you don’t see that much anymore.Vaped .ca obviously is a trusted company.Thank you

Edit: They recently came under new ownership, unable to give a refund to my 2022 order but gave me store credit for something else. New customer service was great

UPDATE - 2024-07-25
I gave 1 star as I had an issue where a previous $250 order was never shipped and Vaped was unresponsive to any emails.

A year later I followed up once again and the new management of Vaped actually responded and made it right.

They allowed me to make a new order matching the $250 order that was never delivered.

I feel that the company is in better hands and hopefully no other customer is scammed or neglected by this company in the way I and others were. I've updated my review from 1 to 3 stars, I appreciate that a year later they made this right, but I was still down $250 for a year and many attempts to reach out were ignored... Not a good way to do business but I assume that's in the past.

Ordered two moths ago and still no info on shipping info. I should of noticed since all they have is a email to contact and they can have e transfer as payment.

this company is a scam they will take your money, not send you the product, and ignore all of your emails. stay away!

Time for a positive update. The new owners of Vaped.ca responded to me and have made good on the mistake of the previous owner. I have been offered a store credit equal to the amount of the 2022 transaction and have accepted this offer. They were good to deal with and surprised me by doing this. Based on this recent experience I recommend the company to you as worthy of dealing with. Cheers Vaped.ca!

I ordered a product almost 3 weeks ago and not a word from vaped.ca. They won't answer emails and nothing has been communicated since they took my money. This is probably a fraud site so stay away from here!

Vaped.ca did not ship my product to me. It has been well over 10 days since the website says 5 to 10 business days to ship. I ordered it on August 26th and today it is September 16th. Order status is still pending. I had emailed as well as tried talking to help desk with no response. They took my money and I will never shop at that store again. SCAM Website!!!! If I could rate this a 0 I would.
