Since I quit smoking I’ve only ever wanted to use good quality juices and the Heisenberg from vampire vape has been my go too. I’ve ordered from this company for many years and always helpful and great deals and a good points scheme. I highly recommend vape and juice for value, friendly staff and great deals.

Used this company for years, online and their shop (which is no longer open unfortunately). Always had superb customer service, and tried hard to keep my favourite juice in stock, gave great advice on new mods. Fast delivery with their online store with easy to use site.p

Absolutely blown away by the variety and flavours of these juices.
The wonderful little shop has a great selection of merchandise to buy or even for gift ideas

Absolute scammers
I paid for 1-2 day delivery on Saturday
It’s Wednesday and it’s still not here!
Won’t even give me the tracking number
And responding with “I canr tell you exactly when it’ll arrive”
Don’t advertise 1-2 day delivery then!!
Poor company don’t buy!

Bought 2x 100ml e-liquid. Got a confirmation email then 2 days later got an email saying that I'd been refunded with no reason as to why seeing as they still had stock in what I'd ordered. Checked if my refund went in and it didn't so sent some emails and never had any response. I'll continue to do so until I get refunded. A response would be appreciated.
Really poor customer service.

I ordered a vape kit over here, after my payment confirmation I didn’t receive any order confirmation. When I live chat them no response, when I mail them no response and when I call them the number isn’t available. I hope they will get in touch with me after this review

2 day delivery, been over 2 weeks. Staff support are useless and said they will refund me (they haven't) now the orders canceled but they still have my money and won't show proof of refund transaction. Wish I had seen the other reviews sooner, would never have ordered from them.

No customer service at all. No tracking link for the package. This might be a scam?

Placed order on 26/10 still no update information until now, send me a mail with order number without tracking number. I sent a couple email asking for information, but none respond. Very disappoint purchase experience would not recommend.

A week before the new owners have taken over, my Order was placed then it wasn't shipped at all after one week i contacted them and they said my order was canceled but they are going to provide a refund they asked me to send an email but after that they never answered and i never received any cent back from them so i contacted em today and the answer was We have no access to the orders or there bank accounts

Since the new owners have taken over, it's gone down the pan. Waited over two weeks for my order in March, no communication had to case it myself. Ended up going elsewhere as I had ran out of everything. Thought I'd give them a chance as they said they'd just taken over. Went to place another order back in July and they were out of stock on a variety of E-liquid so I had to go elsewhere again. As a loyal customer today I gave them one last chance. The first item I click on, out of stock. I give up. After seven years I wont be returning.

So this is my second review if u see the previous review I had given it a 1 star but now I gave it 4 cos finally after 3 months I got my order .. so I was able to reach out to somone named rob and he was helpful and he shipped it again to me and he didn’t have any info about what happend to the previous order as now they have taken up this website or shop anyhow so I give it a 4 star now cos it’s a legit website it’s just the delay and no replying and no info about my order was very irritating but this new owner actually replied and gave info about my order when he shipped it again ..

Ordered on bank holiday Friday so if course some delays were expected even if no disclaimer to say they would be.
Not a 2 week delay though, they advertise next day delivery.
Sent tracking 3 times each time not recognised everytime I log back into site it offers there is still time to add to my order because it hasn't shipped yet.
Eventually my products came and the seal had been broken!!
I will never buy from these Cowboys again.

Avoid V&J. Whitstable shop been closed for weeks, old office warehouse closed too.

Bought stuff off Vape and Juice before, some time ago, a few times and even when i had an issue they were BACK THEN quick to help and sort it out ie they didn't have the colour i ordered, even though showing IN STOCK, so i chose different colour, and received promptly.
But now i was told they had a tank i REALLY wanted 1 left in even though it showed NO STOCK (i am really thinking their stock checking has major issues). So i immediately contacted them but they completely ignored me even though i purchased their a few times previous. So i waited a while and got my friend to contact them instead as he was the one who by chance found out they had the 1 tank ,somehow, in stock.
Well they reply to him IMMEDIATELY (funny)?? And tell him they sold it after he told them he only wanted black. Well if they had have responded to my bloody email 3 or 4 days earlier they would have sold it to me as i did really want it , that is if they had this tank at all which i am now thinking NOT.
As to my friend they said "we sold it cuz he said he only wanted black", well he only told them he wanted black in the final email ?? So how did they already know this ??? And as i said i TRIED to contact them days before and colour choice was NEVER mentioned.
And if they'd have bothered to respond to me, a repeat customer, i would have purchased been happy and kept coming back.
But now i definitely DO NOT think so.
If they treat interested and loyal customers this way why bother shopping here at all !?!?

Oh and forgot to add, all the time this was going on it was Jubilee bank holiday weekend, so assuming they were closed at least Thursday and Friday . So how do they sell something online which IS NOT in STOCK or sell it in store if/when the store is closed??
Just thinking they never had a tank at all really! As i also said they definitely had and still have stock issues it seems!!

The worst service i have ever come across. I ordered a mod from them over a month ago and have still not received my item so i asked for a refund and now they are not even replying to me. Joke of a company....

Great range, speedy delivery, reward scheme and really good communication.

Good delivery times. Love strawberry mint juice. Always helpful and reply to emails very prompt. Save me a trip to the shop. My go to for all vape needs. Thank you ☺️
